This is the estimated number of types of creatures that exist on the world,
which was announced by a team from Dalhousie University in Canada
and Hawaii university in 2011.
By the way, out of these types,
1 million of them are insects.
It's truly diverse.
On the other hand, in the world of living creatures,
it's said that it is "survival of the fittest."
If so, then only one type, the strongest type
should be remaining.
So why then,
is there such a large variety
of living creatures that exist.
