Formula for excitement "To get maximum excitement in that moment" "Put into action as much as possible" "Don't expect results"

This looks like a fun movie!(lol)

Formula for wakuwaku (excitement)

・To get maximum excitement in that momentその瞬間最大限ワクワクすることを
・Put into action as much as possible
・Don't expect results

In that moment, you are most yourself!!!
=Be honest with and exist as your true self

Put as much as possible into action
Don't expect results

Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Denis Mukwege's Lecture in Japan

I helped behind the scenes for "Realization of Peace and Justice and Women's Rights" and listened to his talk.

I was deeply impressed by his powerful and courageous appeal, that took him from the depths of despair to repair the future, without caring for his life that would be endangered.

In today's book "Project of Life" it writes about "the power of planning"
It's taken up in the following 4 chapters.

⒈Goal
⒉Planning
⒊Implementing
⒋Verifying

Each chapter covers these points in detail,
and includes many helpful tips
to help you effectively plan and prepare for projects.

This time, I chose not the content about "the power of planning" but the part written at the very end.

【Project of Life】( Excerpt from the last page of the Epilogue)

『Because the best gift given to you in life is the right to "enjoy life"』

The reason why I chose this↓↓

In this book, "Project of Life", there are photos of scenery of different cities scattered around the beginning of the book, at the end of chapters and at the end of the book.

And then there is a message from the author together with the scenery.

At the end of the book, there is a page with a photo of children innocently kicking a ball with this phrase written.

"The right to be allowed to enjoy life"

When I first read this book,
the moment I laid eyes on this phrase on the last page,
I remember feeling instantaneously saved.

There are two ways to enjoy this book.

・Read this message at the end first, then read the rest of the book.
→It will help you to see things subjectively, and be able to absorb the book better.

・After you finish reading the book, when you read this message at the end,
what emotions do you feel within yourself?
→Those are the emotions that will push you and make you feel like starting the project.

For those who have not yet read the book, or those that read the book once, I recommend that you read it again.

This book is also made into a DVD.

At the end of the DVD, Takumi-san talks about,

"I feel so excited about theme tomorrow,
that I almost miss the me of yesterday."

This is also another one of the phrases I especially like.
