Each day's "LEARNING" has sped up!!

The seminar yesterday of experiencing dying once is "effective".

So,
let's ask, "what is important"
"what to let go of"

My life is "spcial" to ME,
and it's only a "memory" for another.

・・・if that's the case I want to live with  "my own values at the core"

My own values at the core= alive, excited

Not living by someone else's core

→ Let that go!

What is the life that you really truly wanted to live?!

7 things that will change your life while at home
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In this current state of Corona,
there are likely many people who are having work adjustments and are spending more time at home.

Today I will share with you "7 things to change your life, while at home"

[Fisrt] List up your dreams

Take a decent amount of time,
to write out your dreams of who you want to be.

There are 3 types of dreams.

"BE" Who you want to be, the person you want to BECOME.

"DO" The things you want to do or experience

"HAVE" What you want to accomplish and/or things you want to have.

Use this opportunity to think about it and write it out.

[2nd]  Create a habit of indoor exercise

According to Harvard medical school the first cause that is creating "a feeling of tiredness" is "a lessening in amount of exercise."

Now that we walk around and about less,
it's a great chance to create a habit of indoor exercise.

It can be a fun thing to do with your children too.

[3rd] Secure time for investing in yourself

Many people look to entertainment to distract them from their anxiety or boredom.
Using the TV, internet, SNS, games, variety shows etc...
These things are simply a "wasteful use" of your time.

Reading books, listening to audios, learning through videos, etc.
Secure time for leveling yourself up.
This time is an "investment"

[4th] Close your eyes for a while and place your focus on your breath

This act, also called Mindfulness,
a a habit that many executives of companies like Google are employing.

When we are surrounded by an overflowing amount of information, it hinders us from being able to make calm judgements.
By closing your eyes and focusing your consciousness on your breath for just 1 to 20 minutes,
you can heighten the concentration pathways of your brain.

Instead of reacting to situations, you are then able to take control of your emotions.

[5th] Stretch to eliminate stagnation

When your body hardens, then your ability to recover weakens.
Even just by stretching before sleep, it will improve your body's ability to recover from tiredness during your sleep.

If you spend alot of time sitting on the sofa of a chair,
and if you are nervous or anxious on top of it, your body will subconsciously tighten,
and that will make your tighter and tighter. (harder)

Just stretching both hands high above your head will help your body to reset so please try it!

[6th] Lessen your belongings. Throw it away.

If you often spend a lot of time outside the house,
it's a good idea to take part in this act of  "throwing away".

In reality, when your environment is messy, that alone will cause your brain to not function as well.

Your living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet etc.

Try taking a photo of it, and find (from the photo) the things you no longer need.

[7th] Practice gratitude

When there are many things we must do or tend to,
what is easy to forget about it "being grateful"

Take a deep breath,
and focus on the things that you are grateful for or that are important to you,
and write out what you are grateful for. Experience the gratitude for it.

Even doing that alone will change you.

World class coach, Anthony Robbins also says,

"An abundant life is found in the habit of gratitude"

Today was slightly different content than usual.
I'll be pleased if it brought a few hints your way.

Takamasa Ikeda

┌★.1 The modernization of Japan
      from the power of place
└──

"A really small country
   is entering its blossoming period"

In his famous book "Clouds above the Hill"
Ryotaro Shiba described
the soon to be Meiji of Japan
and lit a passion in the hearts of many Japanese.

Why was the modern Japan able to rise from the confusion
at the end of the Tokugawa period,
and at once line up along side the crown of world powers.

Of course, there's the national trait of
being hard-working and able to unite.

There was also another
very important element

It was ・・・

∴‥∵‥∴

The power of "environment"

∴‥∵‥∴

Professor Ian Jared Miller who teaches environmental history at
Harvard University gives us this fresh perspective.

What was supporting the modernization of Meiji era.

It was 【coal】

At the time, the place with the largest yield was Kyushu.

For example, Chikuho coal field
during its peak period,
boasted half of Japans production amount.

And there was also a big secret in this placed called "Kyushu"

The coal mines in the countryside of Kyushu had a low coastal area.

This is why it was easy to mine, and also
transporting it by using river boats was relatively easy.

Furthermore, the environment was such that it was
easy to maintain a railway.

This continued well into the era of "electric power."

Japan, due to the annexation of Korea in 1910,
got ahold of the production place of Tungsten,
which is also an ingredient for the filaments for lightbulbs.

This is why Japan was able to,
at a leading speed even among the world,
quickly switch to become an electricity powered country.

┌★.2 "Information SOURCE" over "information"
         "Income SOURCE" over "income."
└──

Of course this can also be said for individuals.

∴‥∵‥∴

"Do have have the necessary sources near you?"

∴‥∵‥∴

This is also one of the lesser known
secrets to success.

The people who can grasp at a chance when they see it,
are not thoughtlessly collecting information.

They have at least one,
definite and reliable information 【SOURCE】

The people who are wealthy no matter what
are not necessarily always doing work that always makes them money.

They have at least one
definite 【SOURCE】 of income that gives them a flow of revenue.

So・・・

we might as well get in touch with a 【SOURCE】
for life that will help it to go well.

Tomorrow I would like to suggest an idea on how to get such a 【SOURCE】

Thank you for reading.

I received a seminar where you experience death.
I was originally supposed to experience it with my buddies in Tokyo,
but due to the current situation, I was the "only one" who did it.

You write out the "things, and people" that are important to you on a piece of paper・・・

And slowly, you near death.
As time passes and you hear about your situation・・・
you let go of the things that you value.

Living is increasing the things that you value.
When living ends is when you let go of the things that you value.

Living is simple.
There are not that many things that are so important.

Despite that,
you may leave the things that are important to you,
but you then are no longer in that place・・・

What I was grateful for was
an income source.
I was grateful to [Source].

I want to tell everyone that it's important to make the "shift"
from "working to live/survive" to shift to the next world,
 where that has been completed.

Setting up a water wheel (content) where there is momentum (the flow of the times)
If you can take out the "output" semi permanently, then the revenue will continue.

Also, I myself will devote to becoming your important "information SOURCE"

Not comparing with others is not a beautiful way to live
Learning from others is a beautiful way to live.
Humans compare with others to learn about themselves.
If we stopped comparing,
we will no longer know ourselves.
That makes us uncertain, that's why we compare ourselves with others.

Experts say "don't compare yourself with others"
but that's just a fantasy,
and it'S not a practical way of thinking.
Perhaps if you live on an deserted island all alone, there will be no need to compare yourself with others,
but as long as we live in human society and interact with other humans,
comparing is necessary to learn about yourself too.
Everyone is living life, comparing with others, and learning about themselves.

By comparing with others, we can learn about ourselves now, and then change ourselves accordingly.
Changing takes some amount of stress.
Of course it's not easy and its a struggle.
There is no growth without some struggle.
But that stress is what allows us to change.

What is important when comparing yourself with others,

is to not try to pull others down because of a feeling of inferiority.
It's to compare with others for your own growth, and learn from the good points of others
and make them your own.

Not comparing with others is not a beautiful way to live
Learning from others is a beautiful way to live.

That's why those who are always looking at the faults of others never grow.

That's why those who are looking at the strengths of others grow.
Basically, humans are done with once immersed in a feeling of superiority.
