It's the summer solstice.
What is the summer solstice?
It's a powerful turning point when the sun's energy reaches its highest of the entire year. Spiritually, it's regarded as the day when energy completely switches from "yin" to "yang," and it's said to be filled with strong purifying power, fresh starts, and the power to manifest wishes into reality.
What is summer solstice power?
It's the "yang" energy that pours down over the entire earth on the day when daylight lasts longest in the year (= the day the sun's energy reaches its peak).
What should you do?
Bathe your whole body in the sun's energy by "soaking up the morning sun," "let go of what you don't need" through detoxing your mind and body and decluttering, and "eat seasonal foods" while wishing for good health and freedom from illness.
What shouldn't you do on the summer solstice?
These three: "staying up late," "negative remarks," and "consuming too many cold things."

Today is Father's Day.
The summer solstice is a special day when daylight lasts longest in the year and an abundance of spiritual energy pours in.
This year in particular is an important solstice, marking three years since we entered the Age of Air.
With the "Age of Earth" ending in 2020 and a new "Age of Air" beginning, the "turning point" power that the summer solstice holds will surely become even stronger.
