Today I went to the sauna twice.
There's a gym on a certain floor of my building,
and I only use the sauna (lol).
I should walk more, or swim in the pool, but...

Pop into the gym,
strip down in a flash,
and straight into the sauna.

Eight minutes.
That time is my
O-ring time.

I decide on the number of themes,
and what to dig into,
asking the O-ring as I go,

deepening each theme
one by one.

With YES and NO answers,
I draw out the answers from deep down.

The power to ask the right questions matters—
you can dig down, deeper and deeper.

What moved me so much
when I listened to Ichinose-kun's lecture
was this

There is consciousness

emotion

the consciousness of choice

If you want to change the result,
it's not your thinking, your mind,
or your emotions—

you have to change your consciousness!

*For more details

No matter how much
you approach your thoughts
or your emotions,

if you don't approach the level of consciousness,
reality won't change.

How can you defeat
the things that shake your consciousness?!

The key is—
don't defeat them.

Can you solve this paradox?

So, what do you do?!

Observe them!
Just look at them!

"Life is made of paradoxes.

The more you want to be free, the more you need rules;

the more you want to be strong,

the more you admit your weakness;

the more you want to move forward quickly,

the more you pause once."

Life is made of Paradoxes

There are so many paradoxes in this world.

A paradox is something that seems contradictory

at first glance, but when you think it through,

you realize, "It's true!"

For example,
If you want to move forward quickly, pause once.

If you want to be free, hold your own rules.

If you want to be strong, admit your weakness.

If you want to move people, don't try to move them.

If you want to make it perfect, start while it's still unfinished.

Each seems like the opposite, but in truth it's the essence.

The more anxious you are, the sloppier your judgment becomes.

That's why the person who pauses gets there faster.

If you want to live freely, you need habits.

Freedom without rules just becomes chaos.

The person who can say, "I'm not good at this,"

grows more than the one who puts on a tough front.

When you try to move someone, people resist.
But when you listen and try to understand,

the other person starts moving on their own.
If you wait for perfection, you'll never get started.

Because you take a step even while unfinished, you draw closer to completion.

When life isn't going well,

what you need may not be only "to try harder."

Perhaps it's to try the opposite.

Instead of gripping, let go. Instead of rushing, stop.

Instead of hiding, admit. Instead of moving, listen.

A paradox isn't a contradiction—it's wisdom.
It's the entrance to the essence that lies beneath common sense.
Today, if you find yourself unsure about something, try asking yourself this:

"Could it be the opposite?"

That question just might open a new door for you.

You can do it by entering this prompt!

【Prompt】
Please create a hairstyle diagnosis image.
Based on the photo, compare multiple hairstyles while keeping the original features, face shape, and overall vibe intact.
Classify them as "Suits you very well," "Suits you," and "Average," and structure it so it's clear which hairstyle makes the best impression. I'd also like you to include a Top 3.
For the hairstyles to compare, include every kind of style—long hair, short hair, with/without bangs, curled, straight, layered, updos, and so on.
Make the whole thing a stylish, refined diagnosis-sheet design like one a professional stylist would create.
