We just "go with the flow"! Let's heal ourselves first! Take slow breaths!

I've been thinking about it

healing and motivation, 


but the truth is, 

perhaps it's something that can't be verbalized?

Isn't it something that isn't there?

 

How to have a better life?

Can we change it to

how to look like you have a better life?


Happiness is not something that is beyond solving problems?

 

We see what we believe.

 (We see what we have come to believe without even knowing it)

= Unhappy people are sensitive to unhappiness and insensitive to happiness

If you see yourself looking macho than usually 

by using  VR glasses

They get significantly better results. 


When the VR glasses make you look skinny

the results become significantly worse

 

In short, your sense of self-awareness affects the results!

 

The brain is easily fooled!



What you believed in...

Let's doubt it once〜〜〜!

 

If I am the same as I was yesterday

I will have the same result tomorrow.

 

97% of us live unconsciously.

 

We are afraid to choose something different.

That is why we try to maintain the status quo.

It's not that the brain want to eat ramen, 

it wants a reward. 

 

Patterns of rewards 

1) Dopamine is produced (motivation)

2) Limiting GABA Dopamine 

3) Beta-endorphins (6 times more powerful than morphine)

4) Limit the secretion of GABA
