From "immediate profit" → "relationship building" / "work is your work of art” From “to do" → "what will be completed at the end of today?"

Today we’ll learn from Mr. Ikeda's mail magazine〜〜〜〜

■ The 3 things that successful people are conscious of

↓↓↓In other words?!↓↓↓

To summarize・・・

●1:Building relationships, not transactions

More than immediate benefits

Long term benefits = relationship building

Life is not a

a tournament.

It's a league game!!!!

Short term→long term

●2:View work as your " work of art"

Many people view work as "something that needs to get done".

Successful people see "their work as their own work of art".

●3:Create a day with value, not just to-do's

"What do I need to have completed in order to be able to say, at the end of the day, that it was a worthwhile and fulfilling day?"

■ The 3 things that successful people are conscious of
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Today let's take a look today at three ways of thinking that are common to people who are active in various fields.

●1:Building relationships, not transactions

While most people think about how to make the one deal as big as possible,

the most successful people think to  "Use it as an opportunity to start building relationships."

When we are impatient, anxious, and lacking confidence,

we inevitably want to achieve short-term results.

As a result, we prioritize results over trust.

This principle doesn't just apply to customers.

It applies within teams and organizations as well.

I want my subordinates to change right away.

I want to help them get results right away.

I want dramatic change in one meeting! etc.

This is the trap of chasing short-term results.

What is your current relationship with your subordinates and team members?

The first step is to find out where you are now.

You may think, "I don't have time to spend on improving my relationships!"

but don't worry.

The secret to success in both business and personal life is not talent or skill, but "the kind of relationships you have with the people closest to you."

If you are stagnant in your life or business, you probably have something to improve in your relationship building.

Family, customers, team members, etc.

Have a good look at the kind of relationships you currently have with the people around you.

Then, write down your ideal relationship with them.

What kind of relationship do you want to build with your customers, subordinates, and family?

●2:View work as your " work of art"

A salesperson giving a presentation.

A manager presenting a business plan.

A receptionist handling things with hospitality.

A company employee replying to an e-mail. And so on.

How do you see each of these "tasks"?

Many people think of work as "something that needs to be done".

So, they think about how to get it done quickly or how to make it less.

Of course, once a job is done, they don't think about it anymore.

We don't think about work when we punch our time card and leave the office, or on our days off.

On the other hand, there is a common saying among the top class:

"There is no such thing as work-life balance."

"There are many people who say that there is no such thing as balance because "work = life."

At their core, work is life.

They believe that their work is life,

and that work is a reflection of one's personality.

Just as a musician devotes his entire being to create a single song,

top-notch people see their work as their creation of a work of art.

For example, if an email has a signature, it doesn't mean "sender."

Try thinking of it as an artist's signature that says, "This email is my work of art."

A work of art is a reflection of your life.

This doesn't have to mean you're a workaholic or overworked.

You think about my work day and night as your creation.

●3:Create a day with value, not just to-do's

The most successful people before they start their day, open their notebooks and write down what they are going to do that day.

Many people also write down a to-do list of what they need to do today.

They write it down as a list of things that need to be finished.

On the other hand, successful people have the following question in their mind.

"What do I need to have completed so that at the end of the day, I can say that it was a worthwhile and fulfilling day?"

You may not think of anything in answer to this question right away.

People who are successful build up one day at a time and move into the future.

Make today a worthwhile day, and make tomorrow a valuable day as well.

By accumulating in this way, you can move on to the next stage.

On the other hand, most people, are too busy trying to finish what they have to do.

In this case, nothing will change and time will just fly by.

As stated in the international bestseller "The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People".

Successful people start with the end in mind.

They think about the end of the day,

about what they would like to have completed at the end of the day,

and how they can sleep with a sense of fulfillment.

Please try to be conscious of these three things today.

When opening a beauty salon, choose a location with many beauty salons.

Other stores are not rivals, but comrades.

We want to be remembered as a part of the "area with beauty salons" that customers choose.

There are beauty salons within a minute's walk of the 10 stores we have opened.

First of all, it is best to cooperate and win.
