What Takumi Yamazaki Is Serious About, Sweating Over, and Betting His Life On

I'll shoot the film in September.

And then,

next year, I'll put it in theaters.

The kind of promotion that other film people do —

I felt that for a first-time director,

coming from a completely different industry,

doing it myself

just wouldn't work — so I borrowed a friend's strength.

He is

Daisuke Yosumi.

↓↓↓

He worked as a producer at Sony Music and Warner Music Japan, notching 10 million-selling hits. He's handled artists like Ayaka, Superfly, Ken Hirai, and CHEMISTRY.

〜〜〜

Yosumi gave me all kinds of advice, but…

one thing he said opened my eyes.

〜〜〜

The point is — that Takumi Yamazaki is dead serious, that he's sweating for it, that he's betting his life on it.

〜〜〜

And then, afterward, came a message like this…

〜〜〜

Takumi, you've already accomplished so many things,

so there's a risk it lands as, “Ah, he's off doing something new again.”

Getting people to feel, “Ah, this time Takumi is different from before!” — that, I think, holds the key. 🔥

〜〜〜

Thank you so much, truly!

My axis is set.

What moves reality is resolve.

“Resolve.”

I'm running all kinds of businesses, octopus-wiring style,

and it applies to all of them.

The answer was…

“Resolve”

— that was it.

In Yuri-chan's lecture the other day, too:

① “A dream starts moving once you decide on it”

Decide, “This is how I'll live.”

Once you decide, it starts moving.

 Resolve moves reality.

When you decide, “people,” “information,” and “chances” begin to gather.

Decide → act (in parallel). Don't act only after you're fully prepared — act as you decide.

A new Takumi Yamazaki is starting up.

“Takumi Yamazaki” × “Resolve” = new Takumi Yamazaki

I'd been holding myself fixed, trying to maximize results

through methods and know-how — but I realized the thing to maximize was “Takumi Yamazaki” himself.

“Takumi Yamazaki” × “giving it my all” → to maximize it,

change yourself.

Resolve.

It's not “oh, he's at it again~” — it's a new Takumi Yamazaki being born, I realized!

Really, thank you so much!

I'm grateful to Yosumi.

What spreads in a chain reaction isn't motivation — it was resolve.

A70 has two years left, too.

I'm going full throttle.

I've made up my mind.

The social-welfare corporation Chitose Kōyūkai (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Tetsushi Yamaguchi) has compiled the “environment-building that supports children's own power to grow,” cultivated over many years in childcare settings, into a new book, “The Happiest Parenting” (edited by Chitose Kōyūkai / Bungeishunjū), released today.

People we'd love to have read it

A day that will influence you for life!

Starting Tue, Aug 4 at 21:00,

I'll be doing a live talk with a special guest! (It's free.)

My guest this time is…

“Order Note,” a Law-of-Attraction method of writing your wishes in a notebook to make them come true, which he teaches —

Mr. Shunsuke Mochizuki.

First, let me introduce what kind of person Mr. Mochizuki is.

* His father is the truly, truly great “Toshi-san”!

ーーーーーー

· At 20, an annual income of 10 million yen

· Married to a celebrity who appears in commercials and TV dramas

· Living on the 33rd floor of a tower apartment

· Now runs a company with 1.1 billion yen in annual sales

· Teaches the “Order Note” manifestation method, supporting life changes for many people

ーーーーーー

He has that kind of track record now, but he actually used to live a completely different life.

ーーーーーー

· Unemployed, living with his parents

· Betrayed by close friends, 20 million yen in debt

· In the middle of divorce mediation

ーーーーーー

So why did his life change this much?

The reason isn't the usual talk of “attraction” or sheer willpower.

It's what Mr. Mochizuki arrived at in the depths of despair —

his own manifestation method, the “Order Note,”

that, he says, became a major turning point.

As we talked the other day,

I felt, “I really want everyone to know about this too.”

So this time, I've arranged for Mr. Mochizuki to give a special talk on [How to Write an Order Note That Makes Dreams Come True]!!

· Those who want to change their current situation

· Those who want to move their life in a better direction

· Those who want to learn attraction more deeply

For people like that, I think it will surely be a time full of learning.

Please look forward to it!!!

1. Future predictions for AI and robotics (the next 10 years)

■ The spread of Ambient AI

↓↓↓

AI blends constantly into daily life, and a world arrives where it continuously monitors and predicts your schedule and health (sleep scores, blood pressure, etc.) and supports you automatically [00:00]–[00:31].

For transport, self-driving taxis and ride-shares — cheaper and safer than human driving — become mainstream [00:07], with dispatch tailored to your condition (e.g., a car with a bed you can lie down in when you're short on sleep) [00:26].

■ Extending lifespan and transforming medicine

↓↓↓

Through research such as epigenetic reprogramming (epigenome resetting), we're approaching a reversal of biological aging and“longevity escape velocity” (a state where, for every year that passes, healthy lifespan extends by more than a year) [03:53].

With AI and robots performing advanced diagnosis and surgery at extremely low cost, top-tier medicine is democratized worldwide [24:50]–[25:42].

■ The spread of humanoid robots

↓↓↓

Within the next 10 years, about 1 billion humanoid robots will spread across the Earth, becoming a presence that supports labor and daily life, it's predicted [04:19].

2. The shift from survival to self-actualization: mindset and “agency”

■ The transformation of the concept of “work” and the need for self-reliance

↓↓↓

The old social contract since the Industrial Revolution — “graduate from school and get an employed job” — is entering an era of transformation with the rise of AI [01:10:05]–[01:11:19].

Historically, the form of “employment (a job)” is a relatively recent invention, and going forward the need for individuals to hold agency and carve out their own path is growing [01:15:04]–[01:13:06].

■ Distinguishing “Passion” from “Purpose”

↓↓↓

Passion: what you absolutely love [08:38].

Purpose: helping others through what you love (solving society's problems) [08:38].

By combining a sense of purpose with a mindset of “curiosity,” individuals become able to use AI to build new businesses and solutions themselves [08:34]–[01:38:03].

3. Changes in social structure: Universal High Income (UHI) and a deflationary economy

■ Social unrest and safety nets in the transition period

↓↓↓

During the transition of technological innovation (over the next 2–8 years), shifts in the labor market may cause youth unemployment, social unrest, and friction [02:17:54]–[02:23:03].

To address this, the view is offered that governments will be pressed to introduce economic support (UBI or similar benefits) [02:22:57]–[02:23:15].

■ Expanding abundance through plummeting costs

↓↓↓

As AI and robots become able to supply goods and services in massive quantities, living costs (medicine, education, transport, etc.) drop dramatically [02:43:42]–[02:47:22].

Although the economic gap between rich and poor may itself widen, because society's overall “floor is raised,” a vision of “Abundance” is presented in which humanity's standard of living improves as a whole [52:41]–[53:37].

4. Transforming views of privacy, and our stance toward technology

■ Redefining the concept of “privacy”

↓↓↓

In modern society, humans constantly leak enormous amounts of data into their environment — biometric data, digital behavior logs, and more [01:15].

Considering the overwhelming convenience and safety in daily life gained by allowing AI access to your own data (messages, behavior, etc.) — for example, early detection of illness and optimized support —“privacy” is becoming a concept of the past, it is pointed out [00:31]–[46:13].

■ A story from dystopia to hope (storytelling)

↓↓↓

Rather than portraying AI and the future as a dystopia (an apocalyptic world) the way Hollywood films do, the importance of depicting and spreading a “Star Trek-like” vision of the future — where humans and technology thrive in harmony — is discussed [57:37]–[58:50].

Thank you for today!

Thank you for such a wonderful time today!

Hiramoto-san, thank you so much!

Act concretely, on the spot.
