The moment I arrived at Yasukuni Shrine,

my back straightened right up!

There was dance,

there was calligraphy,

there was song.

Saori-san's Hidari-uma (left-facing horse calligraphy) is just irresistible~~~

The reference cherry blossom tree is this sakura at Yasukuni Shrine!

The 2026 forecast predicts blooming around March 21, with full bloom expected around March 28.

After paying our formal respects at Yasukuni Shrine, I received some of Yasukuni's ink!

YOYOKA's drums.

A first time experience!!!

Chasing dreams in America, living a survival life.

You can feel it riding on the sound~~~

Japan has systems to support those who struggle,

but Japan lacks systems to support those who truly stand out.

The talk live with his father, the attitude of surviving in America,

and the approach to playing —

pierce our hearts like contemporary art.

The ones who rose up are now supporting Yoyoka-chan!

The passion pours in to lift her up!!!

Her innocence and her charmingly strong-willed nature

are just irresistible, once again!

W-w-w- What a surprise — a reunion with Tomoko Nakajima after 10 years?!

My oh my, so this is how encounters happen~~~

From the Northern Land

I got to experience one page of a legendary story!

I struggled with it too. The life spoken of by Ozaki Yutaka

and the Blue Hearts, versus the life spoken of by parents,

teachers, and adults... Which way was I supposed to go?!

You're destined to meet the right people~~~

And, Tracy from Taiwan came to Japan.

She shared her story with us! Thank you so much!

It doesn't feel at all like she's in her 70's.

Not just strength, but charming too!

And her message resonates deeply in the heart!

Believe in yourself. Believe in your environment.

Learning from Tracy!

The central themes of this talk are:

"Why do results vary so greatly between people?" and

"What does it take to succeed in the era ahead?"

Throughout the talk, five key points are emphasized:

  1. Differences in results come not from differences in ability, but from differences in "reason," "attitude," and "environment"
  2. Success is directly tied not just to money, but to "the ability to help others" and "lifestyle"
  3. Going forward, "human qualities" that cannot be replaced by AI or robots will become decisively important
  4. To grow, you must place yourself within systems, community, and trust
  5. One person's success affects not just themselves, but their family and the next generation

1. The Opening Question

"Why do such large differences emerge even among people with similarly ordinary backgrounds?"

Tracy shares that she herself did not come from a special family:

  • Her father was a police officer
  • Her mother was an ordinary housewife
  • She herself was an ordinary office worker

And yet, the gap in results today is enormous.

The question she poses is: "What is the real cause of that gap?"

The answer is not simply education or talent,

but "the true reason behind why you do what you do."

2. The Core of What Separates Results

Those with a "true reason" are strong

When asked "Why was I able to come this far?", the values she shares are:

  • It's not just about making money
  • Who you partner with matters
  • I want to help people
  • I want to choose the life I want for myself

In other words, what underlies success is not surface-level desire, but:

  • The motivation deep within yourself
  • The desire to be of use to someone
  • The will to build a life of freedom

The key point: the deeper your reason, the longer you can persist.

 3. A Shift in the View of Happiness

Happiness is not a condition — it is a "choice"

A key idea introduced is: "Happiness is a choice."

This does not mean:

  • "I'll be happy once conditions are right"
  • "I'll be positive once my problems are gone"

Rather, choosing to think brightly and positively right now is itself the starting point that changes your life.

In other words — it's not the outside situation that comes first.

It's your inner perspective that comes first.

 4. Persistence and Cooperation Matter More Than Grades or Cleverness

You don't have to be perfect to succeed

She shares that she was not particularly good at studying, and aimed only to score "60 or above" on exams.

What she wants to convey is:

  • You don't have to be excellent from the start
  • You don't have to be perfect
  • You don't have to do everything alone

What matters instead is:

  • Partnering with others
  • Helping each other
  • Keeping going
  • Riding a system

Cooperation and persistence produce greater results than individual competition.

 5. The True Nature of Success

Success is "the ability to help others"

What comes up repeatedly is:

"Success is not just succeeding yourself — it is the ability to help others succeed."

Specifically, true success means:

  • Helping many people
  • Nurturing a group
  • Building a community
  • Supporting teammates in getting results

In other words, success is defined not as self-centered, but as other-centered.

6. The Ideal Life

"A lifestyle where you choose everything yourself"

Her ideal state is:

  • Being in full control of everything
  • Doing everything she wants to do
  • Being able to see the people she loves
  • Being able to go wherever she wants
  • Enjoying both work and life

Success here is expressed not as an income figure, but as freedom in how you live.

This business is described not just in terms of products or sales, but as a means to redesign your life itself.

7. Recognizing a Time of Rapid Change

In the age of AI and robots, human work will change dramatically

In the latter half, the evolving reality of AI and robots is addressed:

  • Many jobs will disappear
  • Driving jobs will decrease
  • Cleaning jobs will be replaced
  • 80% of jobs may change or vanish

The point is not to instill fear, but to acknowledge:

"You cannot survive by continuing as you always have."

What remains is what machines cannot easily replace:

  • Trust
  • Charm
  • Human qualities
  • Influence
  • The ability to build community

 8. What Will Hold Value Going Forward

What AI cannot take is "human qualities" and "trust"

What is emphasized again and again is:

"The most important thing in building a large group is credibility."

Furthermore:

  • Human qualities determine the size of an organization
  • Sincerity matters
  • A trustworthy company
  • Trustworthy teammates
  • Protecting trust is the top priority

In other words,

more than product knowledge or technique,

being trusted as a person is the foundation for long-term growth.

 9. How to Sustain Motivation

Motivation returns not through willpower, but through "environment"

Key practical advice includes:

  • Dream big
  • Ride a system
  • Go to meetings
  • Meet with teammates

Particularly striking is the idea:

When motivation drops, go to a meeting and it comes back.

The key point: motivation is not treated as a matter of personal mental strength.

In other words:

  • Lack of motivation ≠ lack of willpower
  • Lack of motivation = not being in an environment that generates motivation

This is highly practical: who you are with changes who you are.

10. The Importance of Choosing Your People

You are influenced by those around you

Near the end,  very clear examples are given:

    •   When you meet people who work hard, you want to work hard too

    •   When you meet with friends who only drink, you become the same

Success is not just a matter of one's inner world —

it is strongly shaped by the relationships you are in contact with.

That is why it is essential to:

  • Connect with good people
  • Partner with those who want to grow
  • Build an attractive community

 11. The Standard for Evaluating People

Attitude matters more than ability

A very important point is raised about how to choose people.

At first, what was valued was:

  • People with ability
  • People who can put in effort
  • Excellent people

But what she ultimately realized was:

"The most important thing is attitude."

Attitude here means:

  • Eagerness to learn
  • Openness
  • A positive outlook
  • The will to keep going
  • The attitude of protecting trust

In other words,

more than talent, the human foundation

from which growth is possible is what truly matters.

 12. One Person's Success Changes the Whole Family

The value of this business lies in "generational success"

In the latter half, the story of a successful person's child is introduced.

The values conveyed are:

  • When a parent succeeds, children are less afraid of failure
  • They gain the inner strength of knowing "our family has a solid foundation"
  • Success broadens not just the individual's possibilities, but the family's
  • One person's success has an impact across generations

Success here is described not merely as income, but as a psychological asset passed down to the whole family.

This extends the value of this business from "personal income"

to "building a foundation for the family line."

 13. The Nature of Fear

Why are we afraid to share with others?

Near the end, the question is raised:

"Why do we feel fear when sharing with others?"

The answer offered is:

  • You are not actually trying to deceive anyone
  • This is in fact a giving kind of work
  • It costs nothing to start — so why be afraid?

In other words, the source of fear is not a real danger, but a belief within yourself.

And when you truly understand that

you are "the one who gives," the fear shrinks — that is the structure being described.

 14. The Approach for Today's Era

From "pushing yourself forward" to "attracting others"

One of the most important points at the close is how the approach has changed with the times.

In the past:

  • You shared it yourself
  • You recommended it yourself
  • You sold it yourself

But now it's different.

Now, by:

  • Taking care of your body
  • Becoming a joyful person
  • Becoming an attractive person
  • Showing the changed version of yourself

others are drawn to you naturally.

This is very modern:

the era has shifted from "sales" to "presence," from "persuasion" to "appeal."

Conclusion

The core of what this talk conveys

1.The gap in results is not a gap in starting points

Even from an ordinary family with an ordinary background, a huge gap can be created.

What makes the difference is your true reason, attitude, and environment.

2. Success is the ability to help others.

True success is not becoming wealthy alone — it is the power to make others successful.

3. In the age of AI, human qualities matter more than ever.

Many jobs will be replaced by machines. That is precisely why trust, charm, sincerity, and community-building ability become valuable.

4. Life changes through your people.

Motivation and growth cannot be sustained by individual grit alone.

Who you are with determines your life.

5. One person's challenge can potentially change their family and the future.

The choices you make today will change not just 5 or 10 years from now,

but the inner strength of your family and the next generation.

In a single sentence

This talk delivers the message: "Going forward, success will be determined not by a competition of abilities, but by human qualities, trust, community, and attitude."
