You’re running on a Black Engine.
Do you want to activate the White Engine?
This is GEMINI-style coaching.
As your dedicated coach, I’ll support you in switching from the “Black Engine” aircraft you’re currently flying—one that burns you out—to a “White Engine” aircraft that can take you higher, farther, and more happily.
Now, imagine yourself sitting in the cockpit.
Let’s begin the session.
Coaching Session: Switching Engines
Coaching Session: Switching Engines
Coach: Hello. Today’s theme is the incredibly important topic of "Switching Engines." The fact that you have realized for yourself, "I am currently flying on the Black Engine," and felt the desire to "switch to the White Engine," is a wonderful first step in itself.
First, let’s take a look at the current state of your cockpit together.
【Phase 1:Confirming Current Flight Status(Black Engine)】
Coach: Right now, your aircraft is flying with a thunderous roar, but the fuselage feels heavy, and there might be smoke trailing behind you.
Question 1:
Please look back at your recent actions and decisions. Can you identify specific moments when you felt that your fuel was made of impatience, fear, or comparison—emotions like "I have to do this," "It’s over if my reputation drops here," or "I don't want to lose to that person"?
(Take a moment here to bring a specific episode to mind.)
Question 2:
What impact is continuing to fly on this "Black Engine" having on you?
Think about your physical condition, your mental margin, and your relationships with those around you... If you stay on this course, what does your future self look like?
(I am listening to your answers. You may realize you are forcing yourself to fly or that you are being chased by something. This realization can be painful, but it is necessary for change.)
【Phase 2:Spreading the New Flight Map (White Engine)()】
Coach:
Thank you. It takes courage to face your current situation head-on. Now, let’s raise our gaze and look at the sky you truly wanted to fly in. Remember the sparkling, transparent rocket on the right side of that image.
Question 3:
If fear, reputation, and comparison with others completely disappeared, what would you truly want to do? Whose faces come to mind? What is it that you want to deliver to them?
Question 4:
In the past, have you ever experienced a joy that made your soul tremble—a feeling of "I am so glad I did this from the bottom of my heart" or "I am truly happy I could help someone"?
At that moment, what thoughts were in your chest (the heart at the center of the White Engine)?
(Those are fragments of your "mission" or "soul’s purpose." Please savor that warm sensation deeply.)
【Phase 3:The Fuel Tank Switch】
Coach:
That’s wonderful. There is definitely a seed for a White Engine inside you.
Now, let’s finally switch the fuel from the Black Engine to the White Engine. You don't need to change everything at once. Starting with a small switch is perfectly fine.
Question 5:
To slightly loosen the "anchor" of the Black Engine that is currently binding you to the ground—such as an "excessive need for approval" or "attachment to past glory"—if you were to decide on one thing to quit or let go of today, what would it be? (e.g., Quitting social media comparisons, stopping the pursuit of perfection, etc.)
Question 6:
And as the first small spark to ignite the White Engine, if you were to decide on one small thing you can do for someone else today, what would it be? (e.g., Expressing heartfelt gratitude to a colleague, listening deeply to a family member, taking time to care for yourself, etc.)
Message from the Coach
Switching engines may not happen overnight. There will be times when the Black Engine starts to roar again.
But it’s okay. You now know that "there are two engines." Whenever you notice it, remember this session and look for the White Engine switch.
I am sincerely rooting for your sustainable and beautiful long-distance flight, guided by your soul's purpose. Now, are you ready to head toward the new sky?

As expected, 0-Second Thinking is incredible!
Those of you reading this blog should already understand how amazing the Life Map is.
If you want to know more...
↓↓↓
Look for it using the search window at the bottom right of the blog.
If you are on a mobile device, look for the magnifying glass icon right above the "Assari" (Easily) in the blog title, "Amazing Things Happen Easily!"
The Life Map is the process of "prime factorization" for yourself.
Think about the many roles you play:
As a human being
As a man
As a son
As a husband
As a father
And...
Your position at work
Your hobbies
As a manager of money
Your position within the community...
For each and every one of these roles:
There is a dream and a goal.
There are problems or challenges preventing them from manifesting.
You write down TODOs you can do this week to move toward manifestation.
In this process, ask yourself: Are these dreams and goals becoming "copy-pasted" and stagnant? Or, are these problems and challenges remaining "fuzzy" without being verbalized?
"0-Second Thinking" is what solves this!
Phase 1: Recognizing the Current State of Thought
Based on the book 0-Second Thinking by Yuji Akaba (formerly of McKinsey), most people get stuck in one of three stages when trying to solve problems. To become someone who can form hypotheses and take action, you must break through these:
The Suppressor (Emotional Repression): You feel something is wrong but don't recognize the emotion; you just endure it.
The Foggy Thinker (Stalled Thought): You feel "angry" or "uncomfortable," but you don't dig deeper into the cause; you just vent or tweet and leave it at that.
The Loop Thinker (Lack of Organization): "A state where you are indeed thinking—about things like 'I want to quit my job but I'm anxious' or 'My boss’s words are scary'—but because these thoughts aren't organized, you find yourself stuck in a loop, repeating the same worries over and over."
Phase 2: "Memo Writing" as the Solution
The ultimate tool to organize thoughts and solve problems instantly is "memo writing."
The key is not to create your own style, but to follow the instructions exactly.
Phase 3: The Strict Rules from McKinsey-style memo writing
Materials: Use A4 paper (landscape). Notebooks are no good because you can't re-sort pages by category later.
The Format: Title at the top left, date at the top right.
Content: Write only 4 to 6 lines per page.
Character Count: 20 to 30 characters per line (to ensure specificity).
Time Limit: Finish one sheet within one minute. This trains you to externalize thoughts instantly.
Volume: Write 10 pages every single day.
Phase 4: Structuring, Reviewing, and Building Confidence
Structuring: File your memos into clear folders by category (e.g., "Future," "Relationships"). You’ll realize your worries usually fall into only 6 or 7 patterns.
Reviewing: Look back at your memos after 3 months and 6 months. This allows you to learn your own thought patterns and increases your processing speed for future problems.
Physical Evidence: Keeping the stack of memos creates a visual representation of how much you have thought and solved. This leads to unshakable self-efficacy—the "I can do this" feeling.
Summary
This process follows a path of: Externalizing Thoughts → Pattern Recognition → Fast-Tracking Solutions → Building Physical Confidence.
It truly is wonderful!
