On August 2nd,
I’ll be speaking in Shibuya on the theme: “Living Beautifully.”
And as I reflected on what that means for me…
↓↓↓
When I list out the things I truly value,
these are the ones that always rise to the top:
Staying in a calm, conscious state (in how I move, meditate, and live by my values)
Accumulating virtue
Seizing opportunities
Connecting people
Mastering what I love
Contributing through what I’m naturally good at (and letting myself receive help too)
Then I thought—why not ask ChatGPT?
↓↓↓
And this is what it came back with in response to the question:
“What does it mean to live beautifully?”
🌸 7 Principles for a Beautiful Life 🌸
1. Live this moment with care
Don’t obsess over the future or dwell on the past.
Pour presence into every breath, every movement.
Living the “now” beautifully quietly moves others, too.
2. Never forget gratitude and respect
Say “thank you” to people, to things, to nature, to experiences.
Gratitude polishes the heart and deepens your connection with the world.
3. Be true to your values
Don’t be swayed by trends or external validation.
Living in alignment with what you hold dear becomes a beauty that radiates from within.
4. Speak with purity, act with kindness
Let your words uplift and your actions support others.
True beauty lies not in appearance, but in the tone of your presence and the texture of your touch.
5. Embrace, don’t hide, your vulnerability
Rather than pretending to be perfect, cherish even your flaws and wounds.
That’s the source of true kindness and connection.
6. Be someone’s light of hope
Whether it’s a smile or a small act,
trying to be the spark of courage or comfort for someone else—that’s beauty in action.
7. Never stop learning
Life is a journey of discovery, right up to the very end.
Those who find meaning in every experience and keep learning with humility
shine brightly no matter their age.
Wow.
Truly… wow.
On the day of the event, I’ll be sharing thoughts inspired by these—and beyond—
through stories, reflection, and real-time discoveries.
✨ What about you?
How do you live beautifully?
I’d love to hear.

Reflections on the recent seminar by Tentsukuman
Here’s what stood out to me the most…
↓↓↓
We often hear that it’s good to show the process of what we’re doing—
but the most important part to show is actually…
the state of being confused.
That’s what invites collaborators.
People are drawn in when they see your struggle.
But me?
I’ve been trying to look cool.
I haven’t really shown that side…
I started wondering—
Could this be turned into a worksheet?
↓↓↓
So I asked ChatGPT—and here's what it came up with
🌪 "Confusion Is the Gateway to Collaboration" Worksheet
A tool to drop the mask and reveal your real “here and now” self.
1️⃣ What confusion or inner fog are you feeling right now?
(Things looping in your head, decisions you can’t make, lack of clarity…)
→ Example: “I still don’t have a clear sense of my true direction.”
→ Example: “I know what I want to do, but I’m frozen by how others might perceive it.”
Write it in your own words:
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
2️⃣ Why have you felt like you couldn’t show that to others?
(Embarrassment? Fear of seeming weak? Fear of rejection?)
→ Example: “I didn’t want to look pathetic.”
→ Example: “I thought I had to be perfect as a professional.”
Be honest with yourself:
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
3️⃣ If you did show your confused self, what kind of supporters might appear?
(People who relate, people who want to help, those with similar experiences…)
→ Example: “Friends who’ve gone through something similar.”
→ Example: “A mentor with helpful insights.”
→ Example: “Teammates who want to walk the journey with me.”
Imagine your future allies:
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
4️⃣ If you were to make a bold, unpolished post today, what would it say?
(Could be on social media, or in a conversation with a friend.)
→ Example: “Honestly, I’m not sure what I’m doing right now. But I feel like there’s a hint here.”
→ Example: “I’m feeling lost. It’s scary. But I’m still trying to take a step forward.”
Try writing it out as a ready-to-post message:
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
…………………………………………………………………………………
💡 Final note:
Your confusion can become someone else’s reassurance.
When you allow others to see your struggles,
someone out there feels, “I’m not alone.”
And that’s where true collaboration begins.

Summary of Tentsukuman's Talk
↓↓↓
🔵 [1] Core Message: Live guided by your soul’s response
● The central principle
Life isn’t about titles—it’s about following the reactions of your soul.
Not “What makes sense?” but “What lights you up?”
That gut response is a seed of passion—nurture it, and you become more of your true self.
● Aligning emotion with action
The motto: “When your heart says YES—go.”
Follow your intuition, and life unfolds in alignment with your essence.
This deepens your awareness of living as the protagonist of your own story.
🔵 [2] The Courage to Show What’s Not Going Well
● Revealing vulnerability is magnetic
People are moved not by perfection, but by the real you—struggling, unsure, human.
Like in The Greatest Showman, it’s the honesty of being flawed that generates connection and support.
● Authentic expression
It’s not about just showing results—share the process.
Even failures. That’s where real connection happens.
The “supported self” isn’t the polished version. It’s the real one.
🔵 [3] A Life Rooted in Love and Support
● At the core of all hearts is love
To support someone is to circulate energy—it uplifts them and fills you up.
When you give your all to someone’s success, your own sense of fulfillment deepens.
This is also the essence of coaching: walking alongside, not above.
● Not just the backstage helper—be a co-star
Even as a coach or supporter, you don’t have to stay in the shadows.
You can stumble and rise with the client.
What matters is not just their success, but the growth you experience together.
🔵 [4] Life as a Continuum—Following Your Excitement Forward
● Don’t cling to a single path
When your inner light flickers—begin.
When the passion fades—pass the baton to someone else.
You’re not bound by the responsibility to continue, but free to move where your heart guides.
● Staying the protagonist
Your life is your own unfolding drama.
Even in moments when you play a “supporting role,”
stay rooted in your center—your soul’s response.
Let every choice reflect your inner truth.
💡 The Big Takeaway
Trust the moments that make your soul tremble.
Don’t hide behind perfection—share your real, evolving self.
Love openly, support each other genuinely, and let your inner voice lead the way.
That’s how life becomes truly beautiful.
