Below is a step-by-step theoretical summary
of the AI Utilization Seminar by Takumi Yamazaki.

[Chapter 1] Introduction & Self-Introduction

  1. Seminar Background & Purpose
    • A condensed 30-minute session on new ways of working and learning in the AI era.
    • Given the early morning timing, the session was designed to be concise.

  2. About Takumi Yamazaki
    • Attended Hiroshima University (formerly Hiroshima Higher Normal School), started his business before graduating.
    • Founded Taku Inc. at age 22—now in its 38th year.
    • Began publishing at 33; has authored 62 books.
    • Set to hold a solo exhibition in New York.
    • Active across diverse fields: film director, actor, restaurateur, coach trainer, and AI educator.

[Chapter 2] Core Mindset for Using AI

  1. AI as an Extension Tool
    • Just like shoes or cars make movement faster than walking barefoot, AI is a tool to extend our capabilities.
    • That said, we still need to train our “bare feet” (our core abilities).

  2. AI Doesn’t Steal Jobs
    • It’s not AI that takes jobs—it's people who use AI that do.
    • Things like LP creation, design, and contract review can now be done affordably and quickly—even by beginners or homemakers.

  3. Dialogue Skills over Prompt Skills
    • The accuracy of AI output is proportional to the precision of your questions.
    • High-resolution questions = better, more valuable answers.

[Chapter 3] AI Work ①: Visualizing Your Dream Day

  1. Experiencing Dream Output
    • Enter 5 personal dreams into ChatGPT and get a generated daily schedule where they’ve all come true.
    • A way to “outsource imagination” using AI.

[Chapter 4] AI Work ②: Event Planning

  1. Prototyping Real-World Events
    • Use AI to plan birthdays, company events, anniversaries, etc.
    • Instead of giving plain instructions, add emotional keywords like “memorable for participants” for better results.

[Chapter 5] AI Work ③: Generating Illustrations

  1. How to Create Illustrations with AI
    • Begin with a prompt like “You are a genius illustrator” to build emotional rapport with the AI.
    • Introduce a reference image to match the desired style.
    • You can also use multi-AI comparison tools like “Tenbin AI” (though illustration generation is not supported there).

[Chapter 6] Other Ways to Use AI

  1. Practical Applications
    • Upload contracts to AI for risk detection.
    • Show your fridge contents via camera and get recipe suggestions.
    • Craft clear, respectful apology messages—or write SNS posts in the style of Osamu Dazai.

  2. Transcription and Summarization
    • Record audio → transcribe via AI → prompt ChatGPT to “summarize step-by-step logically.”
    • Great for summarizing YouTube videos or seminar notes efficiently.

[Chapter 7] Coaching with AI

  1. Coaching for Motivation
    • Type “Please give me motivational coaching” into ChatGPT—it starts asking reflective questions.
    • By answering one at a time, users often feel re-energized in about 20 minutes.

  2. Structuring Meetings & Events
    • Input something like “Help me structure tomorrow’s meeting smoothly,” and let AI guide your thinking.

[Chapter 8] Coexisting with AI in the Future

  1. The Next 2 Years Are Critical
    • By 2027, AI will be capable of developing other AIs.
    • Now is the time to build your AI literacy.

  2. From Bus Tours to Solo Journeys
    • We’re shifting from a “bus tour” life (predetermined routes) to an era of “solo travel”—choosing your own destination, path, and timing.
    • AI will serve as the navigator for that personal journey.

Is everything being said here really true?!
More importantly—there’s something far more essential I want to share with you.

【1】"The Limits of Education" Revealed Through Wildlife Encounters in Africa

Why I Became a Veterinarian and Went to Africa

  • Inspired by the anime Jungle Emperor Leo, I dreamed of working with wild animals in Africa.

  • But once I got there, I was shocked—nothing I learned in Japan proved useful.

  • I witnessed firsthand the lingering structures of Western colonialism and the realities of socialist nations like Tanzania. It became clear: “The real world is nothing like a textbook.”

A Challenge to Traditional Education

  • Schools emphasize memorizing the “right answers” but offer little training in independent thinking.

  • In my own classes, I emphasize critical inquiry—asking students to, for example, consider the difference between donations and bribes, or to fact-check what textbooks say.

  • The core message: “Think for yourself. Define your answers through your own values.”

【2】Systemic Critique of Medicine,

Pharmaceuticals, and Disease

The Problem with Blood Pressure Medication

  • Some data shows that blood pressure medications can actually increase the risk of stroke by 30–90%.

  • High blood pressure may be the body’s own self-repair mechanism.

  • Interestingly, high blood pressure was only defined as a “disease” after antihypertensive drugs were developed.

Cancer and Metabolism

  • Cancer cells are those that metabolize sugar without oxygen—and multiply abnormally.

  • One hypothesis suggests that deep breathing (increased oxygen intake) can suppress cancer.

  • Another theory: fasting and sugar restriction can “starve” cancer cells.

Livestock and the Reality of Veterinary Practice

  • Excessive responses to diseases like foot-and-mouth or rabies (e.g., mass culling) raise ethical questions.

  • There’s also a lack of consideration for animal welfare from a mental health perspective, such as stress.

【3】The Political Structures Behind WHO・Pharma, Food and Salt

● The Structure of WHO

  • Roughly 70% of WHO’s budget comes from pharmaceutical companies—raising concerns about neutrality.

  • A structural critique: “Diseases are being created” and “new illnesses are defined to sell more drugs.”

● Misconceptions Around Food and Salt

  • The claim that “salt is bad” is scientifically unclear.

  • Heatstroke is often due to a lack of salt, which stops sweat and prevents the body from cooling itself.

  • Sodium is also involved in oxygen transport—so cutting salt too much can backfire.

【4】Doubts About Science, Evolution, and the Nature of Consciousness

● The Limits of Science

  • Science is essentially “a system built upon unproven hypotheses.”

  • Mentions include relativity, gravity, electricity, and the challenge of proving the existence of electrons.

Questioning the Theory of Evolution

  • Sudden genetic mutations and evolution remain questionable.

Could phenomena like the giraffe’s long neck or the elephant’s size actually be rapid environmental adaptations?
  • Also, humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes while other primates have 24—some theorize the possibility of artificial design.

● 意識はどこにあるか? Where Is Consciousness Located?

  • The heart contains 4,000 neurons—potentially linked to emotion.

  • Signals between the brain and gut are 90% gut-to-brain.
This raises the possibility that the entire body is the vessel of consciousness.

【5】Media, Anime, and the Hidden Mechanics of Control

Social Critique in Anime

  • Attack on Titan: A metaphor for systems of control and educational conditioning (life inside the walls = “flower field” education).

  • Demon Slayer: A story of children defeating “adults = demons” (generational shift?).

  • Nausicaä: Apocalyptic worldview with echoes of the Old Testament.

Colonialism, Narcotics, and Hidden History

  • Through Rurouni Kenshin, insights into the behind-the-scenes of Japanese modern history: The Mantetsu Research Division, Glover Trading Co., the Opium Wars—these hint at the deeper layers behind the postwar world order.

Population Reduction, EMF Weapons, and Frequency Warfare

  • Some view COVID-19 as part of a “population control program.”

  • Claims that agencies like DARPA can now identify individuals via photos and target them with frequency weapons.

【Final Message】The Power of Independent Thought

  • “Take everything with a grain of salt. Check for yourself. Think for yourself. Act for yourself.”

  • “We stand together in harmony, but we are not the same.” — The Spirit of Wa (Japanese harmony)

  • Let us bring Japan’s wisdom and a new model of education to the world.

“Art Brut: Zen & Now” is a recurring exhibition series that introduces artists from both Japan and abroad who are shaping the evolving landscape of Art Brut. Each edition explores the field from multiple angles—spotlighting both long-established creators and emerging voices gaining visibility in recent years.

Now in its fourth installment, this exhibition turns its focus to the United Kingdom. The term Art Brut, originally coined in France in the 1940s, was translated into English in the 1970s and came to be known as Outsider Art in the UK.

For this special edition, we welcome Jennifer Gilbert—a leading UK-based curator, producer, and gallerist in the field of Art Brut/Outsider Art—as guest curator. Titled “Encountering the Unknown: Contemporary British Art Brut Artists”, the exhibition features 11 artists across generations, from well-known figures such as Madge Gill and Scottie Wilson to emerging talents making their Japan debut.

We hope this exhibition offers a doorway into previously uncharted worlds and sparks new encounters with the richness of British Art Brut today.
