Life Is All About Desires!

 

1. Why are desires important?

People with clear desires: 

Have a solid judgment standard and can live without being swayed by others.


When you think around your desires, life decisions become proactive rather than reactive. (Taking responsibility instead of blaming others)


If your desires are unclear...

Ambiguous thinking → Ambiguous results


The desire to fulfill someone else’s dreams becomes your own desire.


Bad communication means blaming the other person for being wrong.


Your desire is "I want you to become this." 

The other person's desire is "I want to be promoted to XX."

Talk where both desires overlap.


A bad example: Only talking about your own desires → 

Criticizing, blaming, scolding, or using rewards to lure.


Human relationships worsen → Goal achievement is delayed.


Necessary information and people don’t gather.


2. What are desires?


Desire =The ideal world that is in your mind 
(a collage of memories)


3 components of desire

VISION (What do you wan to achieve?) 

PURPOSE (Why do you want to achieve it?) 

VALUES (The way of being you want to achieve that thing in) 

 

What desires encompass 

PEOPLE (relationships with family, colleagues, neighbors) 
THINGS (things you want, environment you want to be in) 

SITUATIONS (what you want to experience, the space you want to create) 


 

Different expressions:

 

・HEALTH (mental and physical well-being) 
・RELATIONSHIPS (ideal relationshiops with family, workplace, friends) 
・WORK (results, organization, growth, evaluation) 

・ECONOMY (how much wealth you want to build) 
・HOBIIES/ ENJOYMENT (lifestyle and learning) 


In other words: It’s like a life map10x your dreams! 

Dig deep into the WHY. 


How much time do you spend: Thinking about your ideal vs. worrying about your problems?

Instead of focusing on ways to reach your goals, 

most of your time is spent worrying about the current situation.

Worrying in your mind is not enough. 

Desires should expand = Clearly defined! 

When it's clear, you don’t need to judge the situation.

Organization (For Business Owners → Aligning with Desires)

Hiring (Who do you want to hire?)

         What kind of person do you want?!


Training (Specialized skills, role-based development, and personal development)


Technical skills → As a department head → Only a business owner can convey their desires.


*Human power → What kind of person do you want?

Evaluation (Clear criteria for salary and promotion)

When hiring people, they are working to be correctly evaluated.

What do they need to do to get a raise?

 Culture (An environment where people enjoy, appreciate, and grow)


Create a culture that fosters retention.

Product Development (Create what will be needed 10 years from now)

4. 7 Steps of Sales

 

Master the art of selling without closing!


They'll say, "I trust you, so I'll leave it to you!


1)Build Trust

2)Understand each others desires→Share Desires (Understand the Customer's needs) 

"I believe this will definitely help you achieve your desires." 

If you think that, please say YES. 

=Prepare the customer to buy

 

3)Awaken the Need(Make them aware of the necessity) 

Spark interest in the customer's needs. 

 

4)Ascending Close→Get Small YES's 

Confirm there is no misalignment in both parties' understanding. 

Are you ready to listen seriously? 

I will explain the purpose of purchasing the product. 

Your desire is this right? 

Desire→ Current situation→Gap=This is all your desire! 


Confirm again. 

Is this right? 

If you believe it has value, say YES for your own sake!

6.  Handle Objections (Answer questions)

Objections and closing are separate!

Objections are questions from the customer!

Objections are not a denial of you!

Feel, Felt, Find
= Start with empathy (Others have felt the same way).


"After you hear what I'm about to say, everyone will be convinced, so please feel free to listen to me!"


7. Closing (Encourage Decision-Making

Close the curtain.

Key Points (You’ve already built up to this):
Sales is not about "selling," but about "providing the necessary information to fulfill the customer’s desires."
Don’t jump straight into the presentation; help the customer get ready to buy.
Handling objections is a process of answering questions and drawing out the customer’s agreement.
Closing is like "closing the curtain," naturally guiding them to make a decision.

"How about it?" is a no-go.
You've already got permission from them.
This is the closing of a genuine invitation.

Now is the time for your most important decision!

Make the decision for your own sake! 


5. Revenue and economy

Economic foundation 

Create plans for income, savings and investments. 

Clarify and consistently focus on how much wealth you want to build. 


6. Hobbies・Enjoyment

Plan hobbies and travel. 

Clarify not only work-related goals but also life's pleasures as desires. 


 

Summary


Life is unlocked by gathering and resonating information around your desires.


Desire = The ideal world in your mind.


Desires consist of three elements: Vision, Purpose, and Values.


When you clarify your desires in the five areas of Health, Relationships, Work, Economy, and Hobbies, your life transforms.


Even when thinking about sales, work, or revenue, desires should serve as your guiding foundation.
