It was delicious!

My weekly physical sensation training.
What I feel when answering Q&A on the Instagram live
(See the LIVE here→https://www.instagram.com/p/C7S61VUNil0/ )
is that the physical sensation exercises are the most potent.
The reality in front of you makes your body feel somewhat uncomfortable,
and in order to escape from the discomfort
we subconsciously take secondary and tertiary actions and thoughts
to escape from the discomfort.
Why don't we change them from the source?
Explore the feelings and the experiences that lie at the source of your actions.
By feeling it, by leaning into it.
by the time the discomfort fades, you can learn to get along.
Eventually, those feelings once fully felt will disappear.
Then even when the same thing happens again,
the feeling of discomfort doesn't come up.
You've been set up without knowing it.
This is about liberation from the program.
Like the Titanic.
Unless you change the course of the ship
and change things from the core,
changing the position of the piano or the sofa,
won't change a thing if there is a fear of hitting an iceberg.

"Stop thinking about the past and the future,
and think (and feel) only in the present moment."
The coach was an experienced Vivasana meditator.
Breathe in for 4 seconds and out for 8 seconds.
Visualize the place where you can relax in as much detail as possible.
This feels good
