The secret of success → →"If you push and it doesn't work, try pulling!" If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same result.

If you push and it doesn't work, try pulling!

Good point!

If you keep doing the same thing, you'll get the same results

AAAAA....

                       E

                  D

              C

            B

AAAA

What about this?

What about that?

Trial and error

Mr. Ichiro...

It is said that he changed his batting form

even when he was hitting the ball.

~~~~
Changing his batting form every year is a risky and courageous thing to do.
However, "no change" means no progress and no improvement will come from it.
He said, "I have to change every year because my body changes every year and the opposing pitcher will study me and change the way he attacks me."
This is by no means just about baseball batting form, is it?
I believe that "staying the same" implies a seemingly risk-free attitude, yet it diminishes over time.
"Ichiro changes his batting form every year."
I think this is an indication of the extent to which he values himself and his teammates.
We have to change!
I received this message from a friend
who goes to Nigeria to support.
It really touched my heart!
↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓
Japan is like a virtual reality.
The people living there are like online characters,
They live perfectly like people in a game✨.
It's a magical country✨
But they are actually real human beings is and it's also a hard country to fail in.
I am reminded of a group of recovering methamphetamine addicts called "Second Chance."
In Nigeria, you can fail all you want.
Because we don't have everything.
In Japan, you can't fail because everything is already there.
When I am late for a meeting in Japan, it is my fault.
In Nigeria, the electricity stops, or the car broke down, or there was a hole in the road,
It is not the person who is at fault.
There is salvation and forgiveness.
Basically, people like people who listen to them.
And they love people who say what they want to hear.
https://djaoi.blog.jp/archives/91904065.html?t=1
Subjective communication starts and ends with
"What do you want to say?"
Objective communication starts and ends with
"What does the other person want me to say?"
When you communicate subjectively,
you only focus on what you want to say.
You forget to consider the other person's feelings
As a result, you tend to step on landmines.
When you communicate objectively,
you try to say what the other person wants to hear.
This will inevitably lead to active listening.
You can also make a good impression on the other person.
and they will forgive you if you say a few gibberish words.
Basically, people like people who listen to them.
And they love people who say what they want to hear.
Therefore, people who communicate objectively
are able to make a good impression on others.
And they can acquire the virtues that exonerate them from a few things.
 The default setting is to focus on the quest, "What does this person want me to say?"
If you are prone to stepping on other people's landmines, please try it!
However, no matter how hard you try, you may still step on someone else's landmines.
Accidents caused by communication cannot be 100 percent prevented.
Hence, the most important thing in communication
 is not to avoid stepping on others landmines,
but what you do after you step on a landmine.
If you mishandle the aftermath, the relationship you have built will go bankrupt.
This is where you need to demonstrate your ability to communicate honestly and objectively.
The first thing to keep in mind is the speed of your initial response.
If you have time to think of excuses, quickly admit your gaffe and apologize.
Then, listen carefully to what the other person wants to say.
Be sure to offer the appropriate words.
If you handle the situation well, you will have a closer relationship with the person than before.
Relationships are basically scrap and build.
Mistakes are made to build stronger relationships.
Don't immediately reset just because you made a mistake once
Take a close look at the debris that has crumbled.
Lean into those mistakes and learn from them.
~~~~

'I wouldn't mind being unhappy with this person"

Is serious love.

Deep love is when you are "determined to be happy with the person you love."

Heavy love and deep love

Today we will learn from notes from a fellow attendees at Seminars' Shimizu-san's seminar!

Kizuna Virtue Marketing.

World-class for growing your business and achieving financial internal success

1) Understand your customers

2) Verbalize the value of your product.

(3) Sell through a system.

⭐️ What issue(s), if resolved, will make 2024 the best year ever?

Kizuna Toku Marketing

creating an opportunity

relationship building

creating an emotional connection

Kizuna virtue (bond & virtue) = human understanding

I am in a relationship where I can be with you (a state of connection)

by doing good things for you

When I see you, I can smile - I can smile!

What good things will happen to the other person by buying my product? (Benefit)

I want to say it, but I can't,

Verbalize what the competition is not saying

Especially verbalize the features that prove the benefits.

To do this, we need to ask ourselves

Who are they and what do they want?

Why do they want to buy it?

and communicate it with a sense of emotional value.

If your product provides an answer, it will sell.

Before you understand the other person

you need to understand yourself.

What kind of person am I really?

What does the real me want?

Why am I doing this job?

What do I want to get out of this job?

I want to be happy and abundant.

Communicate your worldview

⭕️ Conceptualize the strategy

・Verbalize the strategy

・Business map (understanding "where we are")

Product Lifecycle,

Corporate Lifecycle, Human Understanding, DPAS, Personal SWOT Analysis

・Compass (understanding the "goal" and "path")

What is right and where do we want to go?

・Five dimensions of management issues and verbalization of issues

・Product (product strategy)

Positioning (Sun Tzu's Art of War), 30 Analysis Front Back, ABC Theory

・Business model (business strategy)

Six questions in three areas

⭕️ Corporate Life Cycle (9 stages)

1, Seed

Guide and sell anyway (improve language skills)

2. Small

Create a core product that will make money as long as you sell this!

Just try it!

3, Grow (Affiliate, YouTube)

Take leadership and give direction to your peers and external parties.

4、Manage

Relationships and structure

5, Peak

Executive development

6, Maze

7, Aging

8, Terminal

9, Ending

First, at  1 and 2 SELL!

Gap between ideal and reality = challenges

What are the challenges?

How to overcome them?

⭕️ 3 ways to attract new customers

1) Advertising & sales (no trust)

(2) New clients through referrals (in a state of trust)

(3) New clients through referrals from other companies' clients (management groups, etc., who trust the company)

The leverage of trust (leverage)

⭐️ What issue(s), if resolved, will make 2024 the best year ever?
