Seriousness doesn't work, inauthenticity doesn't work either. How about non-seriousnes

From a newsletter I received from a friend

 ↓↓↓Excerpt↓↓↓

'Humans are ❮homo sapiens❯, but there is another way to describe them.

We are also ❮homo patiens❯.

The word "patience" is derived from the word patient (sick).

The reason we are human is the awareness that we are ❰sick❱!

This is a human characteristic, and a very important one indeed!

What it means to be ❰sick❱ is that you are ❮imperfect❯.

Whether ❮humans have the awareness of being imperfect❯ or not❗️It determines the basis of what makes us human.

Homo sapiens alone can create "arrogant people". (Sapiens stands for knowledge).

Not only do you have to push through your logic, but you have to constantly ❮reflect❯ on❮your logic❯ and be aware of your own inadequacies, including your own reasoning.

This is Homo patiens.

This makes me nods deeply, "That's right~!"

Some of us want to be recognized

Some of us want others to think we are great.

And when that doesn't come true, we get down,

or let in envy, jealousy, comparison and condescension...

Doing the work to feel the physical sensation

 is a way to let go of those judgments.

I had a lot of fun with Morita-san today!

I had many realizations!!!

If you're serious

It doesn't work.

If you're unserious

it doesn't work either.

The best thing to do

is to be non-serious.

Not-seriousness = fun = game-like

Being discouraged,

is what happens, it's the shadow of trying hard.

When you let go of the root of it

by feeling the physical sensation

you  can enter the zone!

The reason famous soccer players can

relax and enjoy themselves on the

big stage of the World Cup

is because they distance themselves from the positive and negative worlds of

Not to fail = "negative"

Making things go well = "plus".

I think it's because they are enjoying the point of ground zero,

world of no superiority.

Their muscles don't have to be toughened up for mischief.

They can enjoy a fantastic play!

~~~
So I want to use all the sorts of things happening in front of me,
as a door to feel it in my body!
When you're annoyed, where do you feel it?
When you get jealous, where do you feel it?
When you feel down, where do you feel it?
When you feel motivated, where do you feel it?
When you get excited, where do you feel it?
When you feel kinder, where do you feel it?
I want to let these go, more and more.
