3 ways to enhance your habit-forming abilities 

 

【❶Enhancing your self-esteem】

 

Self-affirmation" refers to "the certain feeling that you are yourself." 

It is a feeling that you are yourself at any given moment, a feeling that is rooted in you.

(Note that this isn't saying that "you should affirm yourself. ")

 


The higher your self-affirmation, the more open you are toward change.

The lower the self-affirmation, the more one avoids change.

 

When self-esteem is low,

the conscious mind thinks, 'I want to change,' 

but the subconscious mind "doesn't want to change".

You feel safe by not changing.

You end up moving towards 

the direction of no change! The direction of not having to change! 



If you don't have the strength to accept yourself as a failure, 

to accept unknown experiences

feeling discouraged, 

or feeling powerless, 

You end up being afraid of change.

You are afraid to take on challenges. You can't do it.

 

Self-affirmation is not about the ability to

find and affirm only the good things about yourself. 

It is very important to be able to accept yourself, 

your weaknesses, and your failures❤️

Negative Capability

 self-acceptance.

To be able to stay with issues and feelings that do not have easy answers.

The ability to tolerate the gray situation without trying to make it black and white.

The ability to endure a situation that you are in right now, 

a situation to which you cannot give an answer.

(The power to accept and endure situations that do not go one's way.)

・It's okay not to be cheerful

When you accept that, you can live with a sense of ease and security.

You can feel secure with yourself. 

 

 

As my 《self-acceptance 》progressed, 

my relationship with my parents changed.

my relationship with my partner changed. 

The degree of acceptance towards my parents also changes.

・Entering into the community

・Think about how to get your brain to see it as a pleasant behavior.

❸The ability to involve others 


➡️If you are a person who is not able to continue doing something alone, it is easier to continue if you share it with your partner or a friend.

Declare ➡️to your children, to your partner, to your followers on social networking sites. And so on.

・Enjoy to the fullest in an environment where you have no choice but to do it.
