ZONE FLOW is a state of consciousness where
the inside of the skin is overflowing with happiness at all times.
It is a state of consciousness
where the brain is continuously producing brain narcotics.
If I were to not have a care in the world
what would I want to do here and now?
and acting based on that rather than from guilt about the past,
or anxiety or worry about the future.
Homo sapiens survived
because of this cognition, "thought".
On the other hand, unnecessary overthinking,
fear, and hardships are also products of "thinking".
We are in a state where our "thoughts" are not our own.
A state were we can use our thoughts as tools.
So, reading a good story,
giving a talk, coaching with questions
has some limitations.
That's right!
Thought and language have their limits!
On the other hand,
when you physically move your body,
when you revive blissful emotions through your senses.
and create a sense of realism.
You'll be in ZONE flow in no time.
