In order to take massive action, you need to focus on "solving ideals and problems"

Today we will learn from Takamasa Ikeda's mail magazine!

■Even incredibly big differences are in a day are only small differences
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

When you create your dreams and achieve them,

when you set goals and try to achieve them,

when you face problems and try to solve them

when you try to improve your human relationships

The key to success is always "FOCUS"

In other words, where you place your consciousness.

That is what greatly affects results in the end.

What I realized in interactions with so many people

is that truly so many people spend time thinking about the "problem"

"This isn't going well"

"This is no good"

"Why aren't things going well"

even if you focus on your problems or the things you don'T want,

the results will not improve.

The global coach Anthony Robbins says

"Massive action is the best prescription for solving all problems"

To solve the problems, to create your ideal the reality

「"Consistent massive action" is key

So then, how can we take "massive action"?

It's a waste if you do your best to take action,

and allow that to end with short term results.

Even if you take action due to fear and anxiety, it won't last long.

People gain energy from what they place their focus on.

What many of us have in common when we cannot move is

"We are spending 80% of our time focusing on the problems

20% of our time focusing on actually solving the problems"

If your focus is on the "problem"

the focus becomes not on action, but on  just "thinking" about it

Many of the people who say, "I can't take action"

are not those who "don't have power"

but the issue is with "where they are placing their focus"

and can be solved by asking themselves that question.

In order to take massive action,

it's solving ideals and problems"

If you take a look at those who are active,

and who take action one after another,

what they have in common is that they are

"spending 20% of their time focusing on clarifying the problem,

and 80% of their time focusing on their ideals and how to solve the problem"

In other words, spending alot of time focusing on

"So what do I want to do?"

"What do I want to achieve from here?"

"What is the ideal state for me?"

"What actions can I take to solve this?

Even for just one person, spending 80% of the time on the problem,

or 80% of time focusing on the ideal and solving the problem

creates a huge difference.

So if there is a team of 10 people,

how large of a difference will that make?

If that stacks up 3 or 5 years,

how much more difference will it make?

The results you get from an outside perspective may seem very large.

But if you look at it in a day, that difference is very small.

It's a built up on small focus, that creates a huge difference.

We are living on the reality of what we spent our time on until yesterday.

What you did.

What you didn't do.

What you said.

What you didn't say.

We are built on all of these things.

In other words, if we change what we spend our time on,

we can change the reality of our future selves.

Q1:What are the issues or problems that you have now?
Q2:What state does it need to become to be solved?

Q3:What actions can you take for that to happen?

The Law of Focus: 20% of your time on the problem

80% on solving it

This is very basic things, but it's such an important law.

I hope there are some hints for you here.
