・Talk with someone
・Sleep over 7 hours
・Jog for 30 minutes
・Arrange your lifestyle rhythm
・Write out your anxieties on paper
・Increase input through reading and movies
・Join a highly motivated group/community
・Decide you'll give it your best for just 20 minutes and get on it

From experience, doing one of the above helps you recover.

You'll be stronger if you can learn how to recover, instead of always having motivation.

"Generation Z" comes after what was referred as the digital native millennials. and can be considered those born in a "Digital Transformation (DX) generation." 。It is worth grasping their values and consumption behavior.
They are the generation that will be the center of the market in 10 years, so its worth quickly identifying what will capture them. This works to clarify their consumption actions and their values from survey data and initiatives of leading companies.

Checklist to reduce anxiety

Lastly, here is a list of things to do to reduce anxiety that was edited into an article by psychologist Elizabeth Woodward, based on information from the British Civil Health service.

* Realize that you are in a state that causes more worry.
So be kind and considerate to yourself. It's to be expected to feel more anxiety than usual during a time like this.

* Look towards what you can do to handle it.
 Try to think about things separating what is concern that you can do nothing about, and the actual issue (that needs solving now)

* Focus on the present.
Focus on breathing, and feel with your 5 senses.

* Feel what is meaningful and focus on enjoying yourself
Things like music, walking, reading, baths, housework, calls with friends and family etc.

* Recognize and limit the cause of worry
 For example, if it is the news that is causing you anxiety, then limit the time you watch it.
* Implement gratitude
List up the things you are grateful for that day.
For example, "that the sun is shining" etc.
*Maintain your every day, ad stay active mentally and physically.
