I went to this shop！

Yesterday's learning from Mr. Hiramoto's seminar was about
"team building"・・・

Issue:
Each individual in the team
is moving in different directions
 and at different speeds. Or they are not moving at all.

What to do about that? 

Write on a chair, the initials of the main members
and have them describe their position and the direction they're facing. 

And then,
sit on the chair to become that person ・・・

exaggerate that person's feelings, attitudes, and how they are sitting to help you understand.

"I don't get it"
"I'm sick of this"
"I want to support leaders" 

Different opinions become clear.
And then here's a question. ・・・

What are the good effects that the existence of that person, 

 is having on the team?

The answer was・・・

"They brighten others up"
"They do their best and are whole hearted"
"They are kind"
and many good points come up.

Communicate that to them.

So please give us a hand."

or....

"Your whole heartedness speak to everyone in a good way!
Please lend us your skills there." 

See in your minds eye, each person with a smile on their face. 

It was fun！

It gave everyone goosebumps・・・ the moment her face lit up and expression changed!
