Why did you think you want to do this in the first place? ....They can answer this question. 

Why do you want to do this in the first place? 
If you ask this question to yourself gently, and over and over, you will find your true motive. 

If you value this motive and keep it in the forefront, then motivation will naturally continue without you having to "stay motivated." 

If you want to heighten your own motivation, then dig deeper to recognize your true motive.
