I'm used to broken heart
It is limited for a period of time until you acquire a new life habit

"Behavior customs" such as reading, diaries and studies become a habit in about a month
"Physical habits" such as diet, exercise and keeping early hours get about a 3 month old habit
"Thinking habits" such as positive thinking and logical thinking becomes a habit in about six months

A broken heart is a thought habit
As long as you live regularly and rationally thinking
It means that it will be released from broken heart in about six months (with individual differences)

In the meanwhile, we are shed by weakness and we meet
Please be careful as it will be reset from 1 and the rest period will be done again from 1

The most important thing is not "do what to do" but "do not do extra things"
Be careful not to disturb your lifestyle
