The Leader Who Supports the Way of Being

🔹 Reinterpreting "ship" as "way of being"

leader for ship → "A leader for the way of being"
This means: A leader who guides themselves and their team in terms of how to be (how to exist).
Here, "ship" can be seen as something that represents relationships, internal states, or a way of being between people, similar to ownership, relationship, and friendship.
For example:
- Leadership = "The way of leading"
- Relationship = "The way of connecting"
- Friendship = "The way of being a friend"
- Ownership = "The way of taking responsibility"
  And so on.
💡 If "ship" is redefined as "the total way of being", we can interpret it as:
"Ship" is the unseen quality of the relationship between people and between people and the world.
In other words, "○○ship" can be seen as a form of the philosophical question, "How do I exist?"

🔸 Conclusion and the difference

leader for ship: "A person who guides for the way of being" — A person who shows the way of relationships and life philosophy.
leadership: "The way of leading" — The essence of being in a position of guidance and direction.

🎯Purpose

Rather than focusing on "leadership," this workshop will focus on nurturing leaders who have "responsibility and influence" over "ship (way of being, relationships, worldview)".
It helps participants reflect on their "way of being" and define what kind of presence they want to have in their relationships with others and society.

What is "ship" (way of being)?

Create connections with fellow participants (Ice-breaker: Create a personal "○○ship" map).
Re-define "leadership," "relationship," "ownership," "friendship," and other "ships."

Your relationship with yourself: How do I want to be?

Your relationship with others: Become a leader who creates relationships.

Practical exercise: "Words change the air."
Role-playing: Practice changing difficult relationships through your "way of being."

Your relationship with the future: Toward a life in harmony with your vision.

Vision board creation (What is your future way of being with yourself and others?).
Declaration exercise: "The ship I will guide."
