Day 7 of filming

Thank you so much!

We were blessed with great weather, too!

Day 8 might be a little cloudy?!

Today is also the Harvest Moon...

Features of the 2026 Harvest Moon (Chushu no Meigetsu)

  • Gap from the full moon: This year's Harvest Moon falls two days before the actual full moon (early hours of September 27).
  • How it looks: By the calendar it's two days before the full moon, but you can enjoy a moon that looks almost perfectly round. This is the first time since 2017 that the Harvest Moon and the full moon fall two days apart, and the next time won't be until 17 years from now, in 2043 — making this a slightly rare year.

I wonder what kind of shoot today will be?!

From 6 in the morning until 10 at night!

Theater Yakiimo producer Haru-chan's husband is from Mie! (lol)

He went to Tsu Nishi High School,

and I went to Matsusaka High School...

Somehow, fellow Mie people you get to meet in Tokyo are really precious!

Director, thank you so much!

Maruyama at night is fun too, isn't it~~~

Thank you, everyone!

It was hot last night.

[Let's meet in Tokyo on October 4!]

I'll be joining as a special guest at the celebration event for Nana Okazaki's new book, "Impression Revolution" — her 10th book, and her first in 10 years!

The theme this time is:

"Who you meet changes your life."

Nana and I will talk openly and cheerfully about charm, friends, influence, and how to make the rest of your life even more interesting.

The "Impression Revolution" Nana shares isn't a technique for making yourself look good.

It's about not hiding your charm, and living by expressing it more freely.

On the day, there will apparently be a mini seminar that changes your impression on the spot, plus activities everyone at the venue can enjoy together.

I'm sure it will be a time to laugh, get energized, and meet a new you and new friends.

Come on your own, or with family and friends — everyone is welcome!

Children aged 17 and under can attend for free.

Let's meet at the venue on October 4!

1. The current state of dietary fiber in vegetables and fruit

  • Vegetables and fruit tend to be thought of as sources of dietary fiber, but not all of them actually contain a lot of it [00:00].

  • Fruit is over 90% water and contains only a small amount of dietary fiber [00:08].

  • Leafy vegetables and fruit contain only about 3% dietary fiber by weight [00:16].

2. Comparing content in root vegetables and beans

  • Root vegetables contain more dietary fiber than leafy vegetables and fruit [00:21].

  • The highest content per gram is found in beans (soybeans, kidney beans, adzuki beans, black beans, etc.) [00:26].

  • Compared with leafy vegetables and fruit, beans contain about 2.5 times as much dietary fiber [00:34].

3. Conclusion

  • For these reasons, beans are an essential source for getting dietary fiber efficiently, for gut health and more [00:42].
