Following last week's Times data leak, which included 6.6 million driver's licenses, these three came out in today's news alone:

Daiwa Securities: 220,000 people

Yakiniku King: 10.79 million records

When I entered this,

↓↓↓

this is what I got!

↓↓↓ With this prompt ↓↓↓

Use the attached image as the sole reference for the same person and the same photo-shoot series.

Faithfully carry over from the attached image the person's facial features, hair, body type, clothing, skin texture, quality of light, color tone, film feel, atmosphere, and the photographic world as a whole.

However, do not reproduce the attached image itself. Do not copy any of its composition, pose, camera position, angle, shooting distance, cropping, or screen layout.

Reconstruct this person and this world as though the person exists inside a single film.

Not merely variations of fashion photography, but a photo series that stands as "nine moments cut out of a film."

Give each of the nine images a different visual drama and narrative quality.

Make clear differences in situation felt: a moment of the person waiting for something, a moment of gazing at something, a moment of moving, a moment of stillness, a moment of existing far away, and so on.

However, do not rigidly specify particular places, props, or events; develop them naturally within the range of the world that can be read from the attached image.

Treat light not as simply beautiful, even lighting but as cinematic lighting.

Boldly incorporate strong light and deep shadow, partial backlighting, silhouettes, moments when light catches only part of the person, a person emerging from darkness, light coming in from afar, and light that suggests a change in the time of day.

Through light and shadow, create within the photographs emotional shifts that do not rely on words: tension, stillness, lingering resonance, solitude, anticipation, anxiety, a sense of release.

Overall, make it a highly refined cinematic photo story that sits between high-fashion editorial photography and a scene from a film.

Each of the nine should be a complete, independent photograph, yet when arranged together it should feel like looking at fragments of a single film.

[Composition of the Nine Images]

Arrange the nine images in a 3×3 grid.

Across all nine, vary significantly the shooting distance, how much of the frame the person occupies, camera height, viewpoint, how the body is cropped, and the relationship with the space.

Deliberately mix the following visual scales:

• Extreme close-ups of parts such as the eyes, face, hands, fingers, feet, and legs

• Photos that crop out only a part of the body

• Photos centered on the back or the person seen from behind

• Medium-distance portraits of the person

• Full-body photos capturing the whole body

• Photos with the person placed small at an edge or corner of the frame

• Long shots in which the person exists small within a vast space

• Photos in which the scale of the space or landscape is felt more strongly than the person

• Cinematic wide shots in which the person occupies only a tiny part of the frame

Clearly contrast photos in which the person fills the frame with photos in which the person occupies only a very small part of it.

Change the camera viewpoint significantly too.

Do not limit yourself to eye level; combine low viewpoints, high viewpoints, distant viewpoints, viewpoints from behind the person, and viewpoints that capture the person across a space.

Do not lean toward frontal views only; actively use profiles, back views, compositions where only the body is visible, compositions where the face is outside the frame, and compositions where only part of the person enters the frame.

Use a different composition in every one of the nine.

Do not repeat similar face close-ups.

Do not repeat the same pose.

Do not repeat the same shooting distance.

Do not repeat the same camera angle.

Do not repeat the same way of cropping the body.

Do not create similar shots that differ only in face direction or gaze.

Each of the nine must stand as a strong image on its own.

[Cinematic Expression]

Compose the photographs not as "photos of a person posing" but as "a scene from a film that the camera happened to witness at that moment."

Through the person's gaze, body orientation, light, shadow, space, and distance, let the viewer imagine what happened before and after.

Use cinematic direction that makes use of blank space and silence, not explanatory direction.

Mix quiet moments and dramatic moments.

Combine photographs with strong contrast and photographs that are quiet and delicate.

Let the series as a whole convey cinematic tension, dramatic natural lighting, emotional atmosphere, visual storytelling, film still aesthetic, cinematic framing, quiet tension, dramatic shadows, and poetic realism.

However, do not make it overly artificial like a movie poster, CGI-like, or overdone.

Make it stand as a photoreal, live-action photograph, above all.

Maintain high-fashion-magazine editorial quality, delicate grain as if shot on 35mm film, natural human anatomy, realistic skin, subtle gradations of light, cinematic contrast, shallow depth of field, dimensional shading, and unified color grading.

[Important]

Generate not "nine images that reproduce the attached image" but "nine other cinematic moments of the same person and the same world, born from the attached image."

Use the attached image only as the reference for the person and the photographic world, and do not imitate its composition or pose.

When the nine are arranged together, they should not be merely nine kinds of portraits, but should have visual continuity, as if looking at fragments of a single film centered on one person, while each photo also has clear independence.

[Output]

One square image.

Within it, place the nine photographs in a 3×3 grid, perfectly evenly.

Each of the nine must be clearly recognizable as an independent photograph.

Include absolutely no gaps, margins, frame lines, borders, text, captions, logos, or watermarks.

[Important: About the Borders of the 3×3 Layout]

Arrange the nine photographs in a 3×3 grid, but do not put any border at all between the photographs.

Do not use white lines, black lines, thin lines, thick lines, frames, dividers, borders, or frames of any kind.

Do not separate the nine photographs with lines; make them directly adjacent.

Photoreal. High-fashion editorial. A scene from a film. Dramatic. Quiet tension. Visual storytelling.

Same person, same world. But all nine with different composition, distance, viewpoint, scale, and way of cropping the body.

The top priority is to achieve both "maintaining the same person and the same photographic world" and "changing the composition and scale boldly enough that the nine are clearly felt as separate cinematic moments."

10 Famous Quotes from Hippocrates

"Disease is something a person cures by their own power; the doctor merely assists in it."

These words form the foundation of Hippocrates' medical thought, which stressed the importance of natural healing power.

"A disease that cannot be cured by food cannot be cured by a doctor either."

A famous saying showing how directly daily eating habits connect to maintaining and improving health.

"A sound mind comes from a sound body (or: the soundness of the body comes from the soundness of the mind)."

It strikes the truth of the mind-body connection: that mind and body are inseparable and closely related.

"Walking is man's best medicine."

The teaching that regular, moderate exercise is the finest cure-all for staying healthy.

"Everyone has a doctor within them. The true doctor's job is to help that doctor do its work."

It praises the wonder of the "natural healing power" that everyone is born with.

"The path a sick person takes is capricious. Sometimes the illness is cured, sometimes it worsens. But what matters most is not the disease itself but the 'person' who has the disease."

The origin of "holistic medicine," which attends not only to the name of the disease but to the patient's whole mind, body, and life background.

"The best way to keep a sound body is not to overeat, and not to shrink from hard work."

He holds that a moderate diet and moderate work (activity) are the best measures for preventing disease.

"All diseases begin in the gut."

As modern gut-microbiome research is also showing, these words display the foresight that the health of the digestive system governs the health of the whole body.

"In treating disease, rest and diet have far greater effect than the treatment itself."

It means that before relying on medicine or medical procedures, you should first rest the body well and take in nourishment; that is the basis of healing.

"Life is short, the art is long, the opportunity fleeting, experience misleading, judgment difficult."

These words open Hippocrates' "Aphorisms" (a collection of golden sayings), and teach the depth of medicine and of life, and the importance of humility.

Forgiving Loosens You. You Need to "Forgive for Your Own Sake (Loosen Up)." "Happy Whether I Have It or Not."

Yesterday, from the morning, a Zoom seminar with Aoki-san of the CITTA Notebook

The study of yoga philosophy runs deep!

↓↓↓

1. Controlling Emotions and Releasing Attachment (A Buddhist and Yogic Approach)

The essence of "forgiving": Carrying anger and attachment about what you cannot forgive is like walking with many heavy stones on your own back, and in the end it stops your own feet from moving. That is why, not for the other person's sake, you need to "forgive for your own sake (loosen up)."

Forgiving loosens you.

Separating thought from self: In Buddhist teaching, the thoughts and emotions (such as anger) that well up in the mind are not "things you yourself produce" but merely "objective phenomena that arise and vanish on their own," like clouds floating in the sky. As in the metaphor of champagne and its bubbles, the quiet part other than the "bubbles (thoughts)" is the true self.

The state of "happy whether I have it or not": Excessive attachment to happiness or success in turn creates "fear of loss" and further desire (suffering). The teaching is to avoid being bound to material results or success (overcoming "not-having"), and to keep a balance between the "happiness" of cherishing what you have now and the "ease (bliss)" that does not depend on it.

2. A Philosophy of "Non-Attachment to Results" in Business and Action

Overcoming the contradiction between planning and practice: In making and selling the notebook, he moved based on "do I want to deliver this to the world?" even when the first sales channels were not yet decided, and held to an attitude of non-attachment to results (such as unsold stock). That in turn led to long-term, sustainable expansion.

Lessons from youthful failure: In his younger years, he pressed his "own rightness" strongly on others and tried to control them, and became isolated in the organization. From that experience he shifted toward building organizations that draw out other people's strengths, and toward the importance of honestly accepting failure.

3. Bashar's "Formula" and the Science of Excitement

Absorption and goals: The equation in Bashar's teachings

1. An exciting goal

2. Wholehearted commitment

3. Non-attachment

4. Positivity

…Of these, if it is hard to find an "exciting goal," an effective approach is to find it paradoxically, starting from "what you can get completely absorbed in."

Definition of positivity: You do not need to be 100% positive all the time; it is enough if you are "51% positive" in total. And rather than heading toward a big future goal itself, the accumulation of "living this very moment with excitement" ends up being the shortest path to the goal.

4. Practicing Curiosity and the Outlook Ahead

Unknown challenges (singing and the stage): Even singing and dancing, which he felt weak at (a challenge toward the December event), bring enjoyment and growth afterward if you simply follow your intuition and start.

Upcoming projects:

Takumi Yamazaki: producing the film "Yaruki no Switch," which portrays the theme of giving people a push (filming complete, rollout planned from February 2027 onward).

Chigusa Aoki: an event on December 13 (additional sales of streaming tickets planned for October 17).

A summary of the conversation with Nana Okazaki!!!

↓↓↓

1. "Forms" of Impression and Self-Expression (Appearance, Posture, Blinking)

Controlling aura and impression:

One difference between celebrities and ordinary people is "blinking less." Reducing blinking and improving your posture are effective "forms" for conveying an impression of confidence and a refined aura.

Self-presentation as cosplay:

Deliberately adopting appearance and behavior suited to a role (cosplay) in order to earn social credibility and trust is a technique for smoothing relationships.

Diamond smile:

A big smile that shows ten front teeth, and a beautifully straight back, have a timeless, universal appeal and are good for yourself as well as for others.

2. Mindfulness Born from "Carefulness"

Movements and rhythm:

When returning to daily life from the extreme tension of shooting a film, for example, doing actions like putting things down and folding clothes "carefully" creates a rhythm within you and lets you make the day your own (a state of mindfulness).

The meaning of makeup and ritual:

Doing your makeup is not just about making your appearance pretty; it also has an aspect of "ritual" in which you face your own face and your inner self.

3. Relationship with Parents, and the Expansion of Life and Business

Unconscious influence from his mother:

Behavior patterns such as his greetings and consideration for others strongly reflect his parents (especially his mother), and are the roots of his own identity and sense of beauty.

A psychological approach in consulting:

In growing business and sociability greatly, repairing "the relationship with the mother (forgiveness and improvement)" and "the relationship with the father" inside the heart is deeply involved, and forgiving yourself ends up bringing benefits.

4. Challenging a Dream and Self-Acceptance (Behind the Scenes of Filmmaking)

Fear of speaking about dreams:

When he was once questioned about his "dream of becoming a film director," he felt fear and confusion, but after several years, through crowdfunding and more, he actually reached the completion of shooting for the film ("Yaruki no Switch").

Gratitude to myself as a partner:

It is important to have an objective pride and gratitude toward the life and choices of the self (the partner) who has run this far together with the person called "Takumi Yamazaki."

Next, I'm going to Korea~~~

↓↓↓

This area is apparently hot right now

Seongsu (Seoul), South Korea

The other day, I had a chance to talk with a doctor who has published more than 300 books.

"How can I stay healthy?" I asked this simple question, and the answer that came back was truly essential and made me stop and think.

"Don't entrust everything to doctors," he said.

According to the doctor,

Don't swallow what doctors say whole

Read books and information yourself and keep studying

Listen to the doctor's words as just "one opinion"

Deepen your daily learning and devise your own "original health methods"

This initiative is itself said to be a big secret to staying healthy.

I feel this applies not just to health: success in life and the path to happiness are all the same.

Leaving everything to what your parents say, entrusting everything to a company, or assuming "if this person says it, it must be absolute" is exactly what causes big mistakes.

Rather than depending on someone or something, spread the antenna of your curiosity wide.

I think this is really important, so I'm writing it here.

Really, it was a fun, powerful event~~~

How can you make a good impression?!
