Video: "【The Lie of 'Just Change Your Mindset'】
The 'Miracle Technology' Only the World's Ultra-Wealthy Know —
That Makes Life Turn Around on Its Own,
~The Law of the State of Consciousness (State)~"
↓↓↓
Step 1: The #1 Factor That Determines Life Is the "State of Mind" (consciousness
Many people try to "change their mindset or actions in order to succeed." But this video teaches that something even deeper — the "state of consciousness (State)" — is what matters most [04:02]。
Life flows like a river, from upstream to downstream, in the following order:
1. State of Consciousness (the furthest upstream) [04:02]
2. Emotion [04:16]
3. Mindset (thinking) [04:21]
4. Action [04:30]
5. Results (the furthest downstream) [04:35]
In other words, the theory is that unless you improve the "state of consciousness" at the very top of the stream, no matter how much you try to change your mindset or actions downstream, your fundamental results won't change [05:08].
Step 2: There Are Only "Two States" of Human Consciousness
The states of human consciousness aren't finely divided — there are exactly two, clearly distinct types [05:18].
① The Beautiful State [05:24]
A state completely free of stress and suffering, overflowing with love, gratitude, and joy [06:29]。
② The Suffering State [05:24]
A state where even a little stress or suffering — irritation, anxiety, worry — exists in the mind [05:50], [06:35]。
Ordinary people swing back and forth between these two like a pendulum, day to day, but the world's successful people keep their minds aligned so they can always remain in the "Beautiful State" [[05:50], [06:35]。
Step 3: The "Five Causes (Seeds)" That Make Us Suffer
Why do we end up in the "Suffering State"? It's because of "five seeds of suffering" planted in our minds, often rooted in experiences from childhood [16:50].
1. Fear: Becoming anxious by worrying about a future that hasn't happened yet [12:53]。
2. Anger: Getting irritated when things don't go the way you expected [14:13]。
3. Sadness (Loneliness): Building walls because you feel the people around you don't truly value you [15:23]。
4. Arrogance: Losing sight of those around you because, with no room left in your heart, you can only think about your own gain [17:39]。
5. Cruelty: Thinking "since I got hurt too, the other person deserves to suffer as well" [18:33]。
If these seeds are left unaddressed even into adulthood, they throw off the balance of your relationships, work, and finances [16:59]。
Step 4: A "Concrete Method" for Shifting to a Beautiful State of Consciousness
To break free from this suffering and live permanently in the happy "Beautiful State," we use a brain technology called "meditation"[23:29], [23:39]。
The concrete steps are as follows.
① "Notice" your own state
Close your eyes and objectively observe whether you're currently in a "beautiful state" or a "state of suffering" (this is called "witness consciousness") [21:19], [24:17].
② Regulate your brainwaves through nasal breathing
Breathe in through your nose for 3 seconds, then slowly exhale through your nose for 6 seconds [25:39]. By making the exhale longer, your brain's irritated waves (beta waves) shift into relaxed, calm waves (alpha waves) [26:15], [26:38].
By continuing these practices every day, the seeds of suffering within your heart will gradually disappear, and you'll be reborn as a "mature adult" trusted by everyone [20:56], [29:27].
Closing Message
True abundance and happiness in life can't be found by chasing "money" or "success" externally [10:02]。
First, turn your gaze inward, and keep your mind always in a "Beautiful" state. That is the single greatest secret to making everything in life turn for the better [10:10].

Nishi Honganji・・
The greatest distinguishing feature of the teachings handed down by Jodo Shinshu and Nishi Hongan-ji is found in this point:
Not "Jiriki" (saving yourself through your own efforts and practice), but "Tariki" (entrusting yourself entirely to the salvation of Amida Buddha).
This teaching is remarkably simple yet powerful, and can be organized into the following three points.
1. The Teaching of "Tariki Hongan" (Other-Power Salvation)
The phrase "tariki hongan" is generally used in a slightly negative sense, as in "relying on others." But its original meaning within Jodo Shinshu is something entirely different.
- Amida Buddha's Vow: Amida Tathagata made a vow that he would "save any human being, no matter how burdened with worldly passions, exactly as they are."
- The Heart of Entrusting Oneself: Rather than trying to "attain enlightenment through your own practice and good deeds," the core of Jodo Shinshu lies in the attitude of "recognizing the fact that you are already saved, and entrusting yourself entirely (relying wholly) on the power of Amida Buddha."
2. Not Practice, but "Nembutsu"
Jodo Shinshu does not require the rigorous practices found in other Buddhist sects — zazen, fasting, sutra-copying, and so on.
- Shōmyō Nembutsu: Simply uttering "Namu Amida Butsu" is, in itself, considered not a "practice" but rather "gratitude and a response to salvation already given."
- Faith Within Daily Life: This is an "everyday, open religion," lived not only in special places or moments, but by sensing the presence of Amida Buddha within daily life — in work, in relationships with family.
3. "Akunin Shoki" (The Wicked Person as the True Object of Salvation)
This is one of the most famous teachings attributed to Shinran Shonin.
- "Even a good person attains rebirth in the Pure Land — how much more so, then, a wicked person."
- This means that since even those who consider themselves "good people" are saved, it is precisely the "wicked person" (someone who recognizes their own powerlessness and worldly passions — that is, oneself just as one is) who is the true object of Amida Buddha's salvation.
- It's an extraordinarily generous and embracing teaching — one that accepts a person exactly as they are, even if they feel they have no qualification to be saved.
Summary: A "Teaching" as a Way of Life
Rather than complex rituals or strict precepts, Jodo Shinshu values, above all, "acknowledging yourself exactly as you are, and recognizing that you are watched over by a greater power (Amida Buddha)."
For the First Time in the World, the Mechanism by Which Sleep Deprivation Disrupts the Balance of Gut Bacteria Has Been Revealed!
↓↓↓- 【Cause】 Sleep deprivation occurs
- 【Change】 The gut's protective "killer" substance (α-defensin) decreases
- 【Disruption】 The balance of gut bacteria breaks down, reducing beneficial substances in the body
- 【Result】 The risk of various physical and mental illnesses increases

The Mechanism by Which Alzheimer's Disease "Spreads" to Others
University College Cork (UCC) in Ireland announced that when gut bacteria from mice with Alzheimer's disease were transplanted into healthy mice, Alzheimer's symptoms were transmitted to them. This is the first time in the world that a mechanism by which Alzheimer's disease "spreads" to others has been demonstrated.

It is actually now becoming clear that the cause of depression may not be "the brain" at all
"Depression may not be a disease of the brain--it may begin in the gut"
