Hokkaido,
Aya with the bag!
Thank you so much!

Thank you for your support of the crowdfunding campaign.

Isamu Noguchi's
Moerenuma Park

Seeing a garden in Kyoto
I realized you can sculpt the earth.
Was it Ryoan-ji...?

What a wonderful world!

We went around on a bicycle

I thought it felt heavy
and realized I'd forgotten
to press the power switch!

The wind is visible
Light flows
Green dances

When my mood gets excited
my true self appears carelessly
and when I notice it, I get embarrassed

I let go of everything
gave half to the sun
and then the sun laughed

I was afraid of climbing the slope
my heart was afraid
the green was blinding

Going to an exhibition lined with old European works
time became one with magic and burned through space and time

Taking prompts extracted from paintings
and sealing the reality before my eyes into the picture
somehow my mood soared and I burst out laughing

Our time became into art like this

The works of Migishi, who is from Hokkaido, were wonderful, but

it was this atelier that pierced my heart

Imagine....an atelier like this,

the first half of the Showa era!!
Something like that exists?!
The scent of Le Corbusier mixed with lemon
tickles deep in our noses

Thank you!

This time, the hotel I chose was "Yuen"
When I refreshed myself in the sauna, I became a fresh me
and deepened the intensity of the next moment.

Thank you all for participating!

I could only book a small venue
and had to turn away many people.
Next time I'll make sure to get a bigger space!

The sky makes the world blue.
Green makes life strong.

Everyone heading to the Fujita exhibition.
The white woman laughs like snow.

And then we went to be dyed in Lake Shikotsu blue.

The reason the shimmering blue water surface is called Lake Shikotsu blue.

"Lake Shikotsu blue" is a term for the mystical blue radiance that emanates when the transparent water of Lake Shikotsu (Shikotsu-ko) in Hokkaido is lit by light.

Mount Fupushi and us.

We had ramen at the airport.

Thank you!

I believe in you!

We had lunch together!

Know what that person is "afraid of"

People are driven more strongly by

"what they don't want to lose"

than by "what they want"

↓↓↓

Why don't people start a side business?

A: Don't know how

Not enough information

B: Fear of failure

But actually that's not it...why?

What stops people is "fear."

They're driven 2x stronger by "fear of losing"

than by "joy of gaining."

3 fears that stop people → countermeasures

・Fear of failure Failure = embarrassment

Give up before taking action

↓↓↓Countermeasure

Talk about "it's okay to fail"

 "Everyone struggles at first"

"It's normal to struggle. That's how it goes"

・Fear of judgment Don't know if this is right

    Can't decide, keep postponing

 ↓↓↓Countermeasure

Present small actions: "just one step"

   Lower the bar for decision-making

"You don't have to do everything. Just this today"

・Fear of change Today's life might fall apart

     Choose to stay as is

     ↓↓↓Countermeasure

"Talk about the risk of not changing"

Show the danger of status quo

"Doing nothing is the biggest risk"

〜〜〜

Teaching someone how doesn't move them

   ↓↓↓

Remove the fear

Example: The doctor's case

Rather than "you need surgery"

"If left untreated, it will worsen" moves the patient

*Understanding fear

is an act of empathizing with the other person's emotions

・From comments
"But because ~ it's impossible" "~ scares me"

Dig 5 times into "why can't you move"
Scared → why? → don't want to be laughed at
The real fear lies beneath the surface

・Reflect on your own past fears
The fear you felt, your persona likely feels it too

〜〜〜

Rather than "getting insurance gives peace of mind"
"If something happens, can you protect your family?"

The Structure of having a "Crazy Dream" to further enrich your life

To enrich your life is not to deny your current state, but to stack additional value on top of your present foundation (to add on). What's necessary for that is setting a "Crazy Dream (C Goal)" that exists outside the status quo.

1. Defining "richness"

*The concept of "richness" itself cannot be experienced. People can only realize richness through their own definition (e.g., financial breathing room, contribution to others, capacity to protect others' peace of mind, etc.). First, concretely defining what "richness" means to you becomes the starting point.

2. Self-image and hologram (reality)

*Limits of perception: The reality we experience is a hologram projected by the self-image we've created through past memories and our hand (framework of perception).

*The trap of status quo: Even if you achieve your goal (point B) with your current self-image, the "premise (self-image)" that creates that world itself doesn't change.

*The mechanism that moves life: By placing your goal outside your current perception (double two), your brain tries to escape from status quo maintenance. This "process of aiming for the outside" is what transforms your self-image and, as a result, moves your life.

3. Converting to asset-oriented goals through "altruism"

*Goals only for yourself tend to become extensions of "liabilities (debt or consumption)." But the same action, when viewed through "for others (for you)," becomes an "asset."

*100% altruistic goal: When you elevate your dream to a purpose of "for someone, for the world," cooperators arise around you and goal achievement becomes easier.

4. Goal-setting through reverse-engineering

If it's difficult to envision a big dream at once, progressively dig deeper from your current goal.

1. After achieving your immediate goal (e.g., increase monthly income), what will you do?

2 Repeating this, you eventually arrive at a 100% altruistic goal like "creating systems to support society as a whole and the talents of the next generation."

3. Reverse-engineer from this final goal to decide "what should I do now.

5. Brain habituation and the importance of reminders

Hijacking by past memory: Left alone, your brain fills with past data. By accumulating exciting future memories and making them rival (or exceed) the capacity of past memory, you can prevent "three-day wonder" syndrome.

Using your environment: The brain defaults to "status quo maintenance." It's essential to continually use tools like open chats and daily records (quantum journal) to keep future perspective on your radar.

Conclusion: The purpose of having a Crazy Dream is not merely achieving a goal. It's hacking your brain—which favors status quo—toward a future orientation, and rewriting your self-image through the spirit of altruism. "Life's richness" is the new reality itself gained through that rewriting process.
