 Everyone,

Thank you for your support.

The first target we set,

“¥30 million”, has been safely achieved.

That we've reached this point

is undoubtedly thanks to your support.

Thank you so very much.

¥30 million is not the finish line. It is a milestone.

The overall goal is ¥60 million.

We set half of that as our initial target.

And now, the real work begins.

We ask for your continued support from here on out.

Takumi Yamasaki's challenge continues.

We would be delighted if you could continue to

watch over us warmly and support us.

This is a new return 〜〜

From a friend

Starting 16th January

We've launched a crowdfunding campaign for hearing aids for dogs with hearing loss.

We'd be ever so grateful if you could help spread the word 🥹

Also, we've uploaded a verification video to YouTube, so we'd be honoured if you could take a look when you have time ✨

Today: film, meeting.

Casting decisions...

My heart's racing.

Regarding the connection between the ‘rain frog’ and ‘cancer’,

There is highly significant news from early 2026 that a research team at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) has demonstrated a groundbreaking effect: a specific bacterium (Ewingella americana) found in the intestines of rain frogs completely eradicates colon cancer in mice with a single injection. This bacterium accumulates in hypoxic areas of cancerous tissue, directly destroying cancer cells while also activating the immune system. As it causes minimal adverse effects on healthy tissue, it is generating high expectations for the development of a new “cancer treatment drug”.

Research from Arizona State University.

What were considered “mental illnesses” or “developmental traits”

may be altered by changing the gut's ecosystem.

Furthermore, cancer treatments.

The difference between effective and ineffective treatments is stark.

When gut bacteria from patients who responded dramatically to the drug were transplanted into patients who did not respond, previously unresponsive cancer tissue began to shrink.

Moreover, even “personality” and “motivation” can be transplanted.

When bacteria from “active, adventurous mice” were transplanted into “timid mice”,the previously timid mice began to move about actively.

Could it be that aspects of what we consider our “own will” or “personality”

are actually being manipulated by substances produced by gut bacteria?

Should this research progress, we may one day enter an era where optimal bacterial cocktails are prescribed for purposes such as “changing one's personality”, “rejuvenating oneself”, or “making this drug effective”.
