Who is Edgar Cayce?!

 

 

1. Circulation: The circulation of body fluids consisting of blood and lymph.
2. Assimilation:  The proper digestion and absorption of food.
3. Relaxation/Rest: (Rest/Restlessness) Adequate rest for the body.
4. Elimination (Excretion)  The proper excretion of waste matter from the body.

1. Do not eat pork. (Cayce considered the consumption of pork fat to be a great enemy of health.)

2. Don't eat anything fried in oil. (Cayce considered heated, oxidized oil to be a major health hazard.)

3. Eat very small amounts of animal meat. If you crave meat, go for mutton (lamb, mutton) or poultry. Seafood is good, but people with skin diseases should avoid shellfish, shrimp, and crabs.

4. Consume plenty of fresh vegetables. In general, one should consume a ratio of one underground vegetable to two to three above-ground vegetables. Carrots should be an above-ground vegetable. In addition, eat as many green above-ground vegetables as possible as raw vegetables during the daytime, and eat them as hot vegetables mixed with underground vegetables at night. People with skin diseases should avoid vegetables from the eggplant family (eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, bell peppers, and peppers).

8. Do not eat more than one type of grain at a time. For example, eating potatoes or corn with rice can cause indigestion.

9. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. An adult male should drink about 2 liters of water per day.
10. Eat rice and breads that are similar to brown rice or whole grain breads, not polished rice. However, if you suddenly switch to brown rice or whole-grain bread before you are used to eating them, your digestion will be inadequate, so gradually get used to them while monitoring your physical condition.
11. Do not add milk to coffee or tea. People who are prone to mouth ulcers must follow this rule.
12. Don't eat when you are angry or emotional. If you don't eat when you are in a relaxed state of parasympathetic nervous system dominance, the food will be undigested and become toxins in your body.
