 Lowered blood pressure by 50 points in 10 days! 

The amazing effects of "step down exercise"! 

●Sit shallowly in your chair, and put your hands together. 

Keep your hands at the same level as your chest, at around 30 cm in front of your chest. 

 

●Press both hands tightly together. 

Hold you breath and keep that position for 10 seconds. 

Try to feel your arms and chest muscles working here. 

 

●After 10 seconds, release your breath all at once. 


"By stunting (placing pressure on)  the blood flow in your veins and then releasing all at once, it stimulates the inner walls of your veins and causes hormones to be released." 


By doing this exercise, you'll likely feel your blood flow improve immediately after you release. The pectorals are a large muscle when the blood flows and it can be very effective in lowering your blood pressure"
