100meters where you're just running, giving it your all ・・・
There's actually this story 
In the same way, there's always a story for anything in life. 


100m story
　↓↓↓
・Primary acceleration（Run leaning forward. 90% at 30M) 
・Secondary acceleration（Run close to upright position）
・Top speed（Fastest run. Ground contact is also shortest）
・Deceleration phase（Stride widens. Pitch drops）

What decides each aspect is the aspect before it. 
It's like a domino with what comes before. 
The more the gap comes later, the larger it becomes.
