Once you can "work hard", next try "subtracting something"

"I'm not gaining speed, will I be okay like this?"

↓↓↓

This is a story of track and field.
Of the 100m race.

Where do you put in effort?
And where do you release it?

When I was 25~26 years old,
a Korean boy said to me,

"Taku, you always interact with people at 100%, right?
Try making that 70%.
You can communicate what you want to say better that way."

He had grown up in Japan, and he was called by his grandfather to Hawaii, who had founded a business there...
A year later his grandfather passed away,
He returned to Korea with the many stories his grandfather had left with him.

While he was back in Korea,
I was beginning to build a business in Korea as well
As a result, in Korea, I met a wonderful person called "NAMU-san"・・・

And this "one coment" he gave to me changed me.

"Try making it 70%?"・・・

Kind of feels like slacking off・・・
Or like something is missing・・・

But doing this changed me greatly.

When meeting someone,

I instead became conscious of
"releasing" instead of "challenging"

My thinking changed from
thinking about what to "add!!"
to thinking about what to "subtract!"

It was at that time that the model for the current me was created.

夢を叶える17の法則-だいわ文庫-山崎拓巳

This book contains ・・・
that secret story!

When you understand the beauty of subtraction,
work begins to get so much deeper.

Once you learn how to "work hard"
next try "subtracting something."
