July 12th (Sun)
"Matsuri Uta ~When Life Shines Bright~"
This time the theme is
"When Life Shines Bright"
Not just listening to music —
A time to face what's inside you
A time to pray
A time to feel your connection with others
And through "matsuri," a time to feel life pulsing and everyone becoming one
That's the kind of time we want to create
If you've been feeling a little low lately
If you want to take a new first step
If you're at a turning point in life
And if you simply love matsuri
This is a stage we especially want people like you to experience

"Entry-level jobs have started to disappear"
—AI entered the execution phase without warning
✦ Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has publicly stated: "Roughly 50% of entry-level white-collar jobs could disappear within a few years"
✦ U.S. employment data for June 2026: Overall employment is growing, but a 16% decline has already been confirmed in AI-affected occupations among 22–25 year olds
✦ In Japan, too, the unemployment rate for 20–24 year olds has risen to 9.3% (August 2025). Call center, translation, and data entry jobs are vanishing in real time
"The young person sitting next to you might be gone a year from now"
"Scared of AI?"
"What Kind of Person Has Value in this age of AI?"
"Even when AI comes — what is my value?"

The 5C's of Human Power
Curiosity
AI can process patterns. But only a human can ask, "What if we tried a completely different approach?" The polio vaccine and the iPhone were both born from questions no one else was asking.
Courage
AI can calculate risk. But only a human can decide, "That risk is worth taking." The power to move without complete information, to push forward when outcomes aren't guaranteed.
Creativity
AI can remix what already exists. But only a human can "imagine something that didn't exist." Steve Jobs didn't invent the computer — he imagined, "What if we combined them into one?"
Compassion
AI can mimic empathy. But only a human can truly feel it and express it. Because we still haven't fully understood how the human brain generates empathy, AI can't be programmed to replicate it.
Communication
AI can translate language. But only a human can turn words into "meaning." "I have a dream" wasn't information — it sparked a movement.
The key point: These have long been called "soft skills," but the article states it plainly:
"The more AI takes over routine tasks, the more the value of distinctly human abilities rises. These skills can't be acquired in a weekend workshop. They can only be developed through time, connection, and challenge."
What Takumi Yamazaki delivers on stage — courage, compassion, dreams, human strength — is precisely these 5 Cs. It aligns completely with what LinkedIn and Microsoft have defined as "the skills of the future."
