"Living the 232 rhythm this week"

  • Stop the unconscious "equal distribution of effort."

  • Put the reactive life on pause.

  • Exit the current status quo (W1).

  • Place your brain on a 10X premise.

"If there were no limits, what would be 'normal' this week?"

    〜〜〜

Decide what to graduate from (5 mins)

    Question:

"In this future, what is it that you will no longer do?"

    〜〜〜

    Pre-experience the Emotion (5 mins)

     Question:

"What emotions is that future version of yourself choosing?"

    〜〜〜

Increase the work you DON'T do (5 mins daily)

    Question:

"Can I hand this over to someone/something?"

    〜〜〜

232 is not time management, but👇

"A structure that changes the 'playback speed' of life."

When this 232 has run for one year,

what is the "way of living you can never go back to"?

Esther Hicks is a thinker and spiritual teacher who spread the "Law of Attraction" worldwide.

She describes herself not as the person who "created" the teachings, but as a messenger conveying the words of a non-physical entity known as "Abraham."

Do you know her? I think she might be an Amway Crown Ambassador.

↓↓↓

Here, it is summarized in a way that:

✅ Even those who aren't fond of spiritual topics can understand.

✅ Allows you to grasp the "core" of the ideology instantly.

1️⃣ The Fundamental Philosophy of Esther Hicks (Super summary)

The "vibration" of your thoughts and emotions attracts your reality.

That is everything.

2️⃣ The Basic Structure of the Law of Attraction (Super Simple)

Esther’s way of thinking is, in fact, very logical.

🔁 3-Step Structure

① Think (Intend)
② Feel (Emotion=Vibration)
Reality Appears

👉 The point is that
"Emotions (Mood)" are overwhelmingly stronger than "Thoughts."

3️⃣ Emotion=Navigation System

Esther says:

Emotions are a navigation system telling you whether or not you are in alignment with your "True Self."

The Meaning of Emotions

EmotionsState
Excitement, Peace, Joy                        In alignment with your True Self
Anxiety, Impatience, Anger      Facing a direction you do not desire

👉

Negative emotions are not "bad."

They are simply signs to help you notice a misalignment.

This part is crucial.

4️⃣ "Alignment" over "Effort"

Esther almost entirely rejects theories based on grit, perseverance, or forced effort.

The keyword that appears instead is:

✨ Alignment

Aligning your vibration with your True Self (Source).

  • Trying hard ❌

  • Forcing action ❌

  • Choosing options that make you feel good ⭕

  • Selecting thoughts that make you feel lighter ⭕

👉 The idea is:

If your vibration is aligned, action occurs naturally.

5️⃣ The Premise that "Desires are Already Fulfilled"

In Esther’s worldview:

Desires are already completed in the non-physical world.

There is only one reason they have not manifested in reality:

👉 Your own thoughts and emotions are "rejecting" them.

In other words:

  • "It's impossible anyway."

  • "It's not enough yet."

  • "I can't do it."

These are simply acting as the brakes.

6️⃣ The Esther-style State where Reality Begins to Move

Her ideal state is this:

  • Feeling light-hearted

  • Not feeling rushed

  • Not trying to control things

  • Thinking, "Well, it’s fine either way"

👉 In this state, reality moves the most.

Conversely:

  • Desperation

  • Anxiety

  • Attachment

  • Comparison ...will stop the attraction.

7️⃣ Common Ground with Takumi Yamazaki's world view

The things Takumi-san values:

  • Outside the status quo

  • Goal first

  • Efficacy

  • Future memory

  • Excitement (Waku-waku)

These are essentially the same as Esther Hicks' concepts, just in a different language.

There is only one difference:

EstherTomabechi Theory
FocusVibration / EmotionCognition / Goal
IdentitySourceHigher Self
LogicAttractionCausality from the Goal side

👉They are looking at the same mountain from different trailheads.

8️⃣ In a single sentence

Esther Hicks’ philosophy is:

"Life is a game of mood management."

If you align your mood, and how your feel, reality will catch up on its own.

Sparring Question ① When you think about this theme right now, where in your body do you feel it, and what kind of sensation is it? (Heavy / Light / Buzzing / Quiet, etc.)

↓↓↓

Sparring Question ② On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate that sensation? (10 = Very light, 1 = Very heavy)

↓↓↓

Sparring Question ③ What do you think is the "underlying premise" creating this feeling? (I must... / It is difficult to..., etc.)

↓↓↓

Sparring Question ④ If this premise didn't exist, how would your current sensation change?

↓↓↓

Sparring Question ⑤ From your current state (Score: ●), what is one action that would make you just 1 point lighter?

  • Just thinking about it

  • Just researching it

  • Just talking to someone

↓↓↓

Sparring Check Question Is there a "choice in reality" that you are currently avoiding?

When you avoid it, does your physical sensation become lighter? Or does it become heavier?

〜〜〜

  1. "Thinking about this theme now, does your body want to move forward? Or is it pulling back?"

  2. "If you expressed the sensation before it becomes words as a color, what color would it be?"

  3. "If that sense of discomfort were an enemy, what would it be trying to protect?"

  4. "If your current mood were a sound, what kind of sound would it be?"

  5. "Is that actually becoming a 'should' rather than a 'want'?"

  6. "If no one ever evaluated you for it, would you still want to do it?"

  7. "After thinking about that, does your breathing become deeper? Or shallower?"

  8. "The 'peaceful self' and the 'impatient self.' Which one is in control right now?"

  9. "If you decided that you 'don't have to solve this right now,' how would your mood change?"

  10. "What if it didn't have to be perfect—what if 70% was enough?"

  11. "What if you decided to choose three days from now, instead of today?"

  12. "If you looked at it from the premise that 'I am already doing enough,' what would change?"

  13. "If it has already come true, what kind of 'adjustment period' do you think this is?"

  14. "How do you think your future self interprets this current state?"

  15. "Doesn't this look like both a 'sign of being behind' and a 'sign of things aligning'?"

  16. "What if this discomfort is actually an 'update'?"

  17. "What is one thing you can do right now that isn't about 'getting it done,' but about 'feeling lighter'?"

  18. "Instead of taking a step forward, what would feel easier if you took a half-step back?"

  19. "What if it were okay to do nothing today?"

  20. "If you stripped away all the 'must-dos,' what impulse remains?"

  21. "What is the 'self' in the timeline where that didn't come true learning?"

  22. "Is your current suffering directed toward the 'desire itself' or the 'method of achieving it'?"

  23. "The moment you give up on that, what might begin instead?"

  24. "Honestly, hasn't that role already ended?"

With 24 questions, one might easily get exhausted, but they are all such robust and profound inquiries, aren't they?!

① On a scale of 1 to 10, how is your mood now?
② Where in your body is there a reaction?
③ What is the premise creating that?
④ What if you temporarily put that premise on hold?
⑤ What is the choice that makes you the lightest right now?

It’s not about "forcing yourself forward."

Once you stop the misalignment, you will start moving forward naturally.

"How to Think and Live in the Intense Era of 2026 and Beyond"

【STEP 1】 What kind of year is 2026? 2026 is a "year where the energy of fire is very strong." The world will move violently, and values will flip easily. That is why it is important: 👉 Even if it is noisy outside, remain quiet inside yourself.

【STEP 2】 Value is decided by "Perspective," not "Objects" The value of the same object changes depending on who looks at it and how. Example:

  • Even a simple "toy"...

  • Becomes an "important pen" when someone specific (Kaoru-chan) is involved. In other words: 👉 Value doesn't change on its own; it changes through human perception.

【STEP 3】 Your own value is decided by "Self-Perception" The value of your life changes based on how you perceive yourself. Yamazaki has:

  • Written 63 books.

  • Dr. Tomabechi → Lives in a world where a 30-minute coaching session has extremely high value → A revolution of consciousness toward 100% altruism. The point is: 👉 Could it be... not treating yourself cheaply?!

【STEP 4】 "What you love" is an asset, not an expense Spending money and time on "things you truly love" is not a waste → If you pursue your obsession to the end, it becomes something enthusiasts crave = An asset. That leads to:

  • Your strengths

  • Your world

  • Your future work and value Expenditures on things you dislike are the true waste.

【STEP 5】 Life works well when you think in "Roles" People hold many roles simultaneously:

  • Yourself within the family

  • Yourself at work

  • Yourself as a friend But humans can only think deeply about one thing at a time. Therefore: 👉 Create a Life MapWrite out "Dreams and Goals" for each role. That becomes the power to change who you are now.

The Life Map Diploma. Only those who feel the necessity, please obtain it. You can get information from here!

【STEP 6】 Why goals aren't fulfilled and what to do The reasons dreams don't come true:

  • Not using your strengths.

  • Actions are not specific. So, what to do:

  • Write down small actions you can take this week.

  • Use a task management tool.

  • Have an attitude of taking on challenges. "A life of challenge" rather than "A life of waiting."

【STEP 7】 The 5 desires that drive human action (Maslow) People move in this order:

  1. Wanting to live (Survival)

  2. Wanting to feel safe (Safety)

  3. Wanting to connect (Social)

  4. Wanting to be recognized (Esteem)

  5. Wanting to grow (Self-actualization) 👉 It is important not to be swayed too much by the desire for recognition (SNS, etc.).

【STEP 8】 How to protect your focus: The Pomodoro Technique The method is simple:

  • 25 minutes of focus

  • 5 minutes of rest By switching tasks while doing this:

  • Concentration lasts longer.

  • You don't get tired easily.

Pomo-chan! Please register!

【STEP 9】 2026–2028 is the "Preparation Period of Life" These three years will involve intense change. Comparing it to the four seasons:

  • 3 years: Winter (Spreading roots)

  • 3 years: Spring (Sprouting)

  • 3 years: Summer (Nurturing)

  • 3 years: Autumn (Harvest) In autumn, do not rush: 👉 The Autumn of Harvest: Proactive Passivity Visiting your local shrine (Ujigami) is also a "method to face yourself."

【Summary】 The world will change significantly starting in 2026. What matters is: Not "what you have," but "how you think." Cherish the things you love, sketch dreams for each of your roles, and accumulate small steps forward.
