“A Method for Receiving Information from the Universe and the Future”
Blending the essence of Tesla’s ideas with lucid dreaming, and grounding it in the latest scientific findings, I had ChatGPT put it all together as a bedtime routine!
🌌 The "Cosmic Reception Routine"--Where Science and Wisdom Resonate
Step 1: Setting Your Intention & Antenna
Open a notebook by your pillow and write down the theme or question you’d like to receive answers to tonight.
(e.g., “Hints for my future project,” “Words that will resonate in my presentation”)Imagine the emotions connected to this theme (joy, peace, pride, etc.).
Declare: “I am connected to the source of creativity, and I receive the message I need.”
Step 2: Synchronizing Environment & Body1
1. Adjust the room temperature to 18–20°C, keep the space quiet and dim.
2. Turn off all notifications.
3. Place a notebook and pen at your bedside.
4. Lightly stretch, focusing on your neck, shoulders, and face.
5. Take 5–7 deep breaths to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
3. Adjusting & Guiding Consciousness
Calmly affirm: “I am ready to receive.”
Close your eyes and direct awareness to the crown of your head (7th chakra).
Observe arising thoughts like “passing clouds,” without chasing them.
Continue gentle breathing for 5–10 minutes.
4. Reality Checks & Wake-Back-to-Bed Plan
Build the habit of asking during the day, “Am I dreaming right now?”
Test with small checks: pull your finger, look at a clock, etc.
After going to bed, wake once during the night (Wake-Back-To-Bed method).
Before falling asleep again, set the intention: “Tonight, I experience my ideal future in my dream.”
Use Tesla’s trick: place a small metal plate and object to capture flashes of inspiration at the edge of sleep.
5. Dream Journal & Morning Integration
Upon waking, immediately write down images, feelings, and stories from your dream.
If inspiration strikes in the night, jot it down right away.
Review your notes in the morning and choose one small action to bring into reality.
Ground the insights by moving your toes 100 times, drinking water, etc.
6. Optional Support Techniques
MILD technique: Repeat before sleep, “I will realize I’m dreaming when I dream.”
External cues: Subtle light flashes or vibrations can trigger dream awareness.
Herbs & supplements (with guidance!): Mugwort or galantamine, under expert supervision.
A Simple Daily Flow
Before bed: Set up environment → stretch → declare intention → meditation → MILD affirmation
At night (if awake): WBTB method → reaffirm intention → Tesla-style spark catcher
Upon waking: Dream journal → reflection → translate into small daily actions
Yesterday I went to my parents home〜〜〜
Kintetsu Ugata Station.
I went to visit the grave today—
together with my younger sister.
This gravestone was created by Master Izumi of Izumi Stone Works in Takamatsu.
He is the very craftsman who once worked alongside the great Isamu Noguchi on his pieces.
There was a hint of autumn in the air, even within the lingering summer heat.
I visited both the main family grave and my mother’s side of the family grave.
My younger brother joined us,
and we found ourselves deep in cheerful conversation.
We headed over to Matsusaka for the track & field team’s yakiniku gathering.
Hiro, who now teaches at Kyoto University, also joined us—
and as always, it turned into a lively, joyous night.
I just love everyone so much!
This store is right off Matsusaka Station—just a 2-minute walk.
Take the Kintetsu side exit.
The level of yakiniku in Matsusaka is insanely high~~!
Can you believe it—Suzuki-san is now a mother!
After that,
I dropped by Nakamura Guesthouse, where I once stayed.
I learned that the elder sister there is turning 77 this year,
so we decided to plan a Kiju (77th birthday) celebration! 🎉
Calling all Nakamura Guesthouse alumni—let’s gather!

Turned out to be a great shot!
After that, we moved on to sushi with Yuko Miyaki-san and the Nakagawa couple,
then headed over to the office—
the energy from everyone was absolutely incredible!
Thank you so much!
Grateful for these 40-plus years!
Thank you!
Thank you for driving me all the way to Nagoya!
See you at the IG live!
I wanna go to Yamagata〜
