Today we'll learn from Takamasa Ikeda's mail magazine〜〜〜

↓↓↓I summarized it↓↓↓

Our lives are created by our decisions!!!

What happened?! → ×

What I decided!! → ◯

Event → happens → make a judgement → make a decision

↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

Different decisions make a difference in the outcome.

Your judgement depends on what kind of emotional state you are in.

What kind of questions you asking yourself will influence your judgement.

What kind of being you want to prioritize will influence your judgement.

What kind of person you do not want to be determines your judgment.

What do you believe in? This will influence your judgement.

What experiences you recall will influence your judgment.

■6 factors that control our destiny
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Our lives are shaped by the decisions we make.

It is not what happened, but what we decided from that that makes us who we are today.

What is needed to make a decision?

It is "judgment."

Events happen, judgments are made, and we make decisions.

There is no great difference in physical ability between an athlete with mediocre results and a top athlete.

It is the "difference in judgment" that makes the difference in results.

IQ and educational background are not the main difference between the top executives and the declining executives.

The "difference in judgment "is the difference in the outcome.

Even when the same event occurs, differences in judgment lead to differences in decisions, which in turn lead to differences in results.

The reality is that we are far more likely to make a decision in a split second or unconsciously than we are to make a thoughtful decision.

What then, influences our decisions?

These six factors determine your judgment, create your decisions, and determine your destiny.

●Factor 1:STATE of your emotions

Your decision will depend on your emotional state.

If you are depressed, it can be a decision to postpone.

If you are passionate, it can be a decision to do it immediately.

●Factor 2:QUESTION

The kind of questions you are asking yourself will determine your decision.

If you start blaming yourself, asking "What made you do this?" you will stop,

If you ask, "How can I do better?" you will begin to grow.

●Factor3:Toward Values/those you value

What kind of way of being is important to you, and that will determine your judgement.

If you want to be passionate, you will make decisions that will make you passionate.

If you want to be loving, you will make decisions that will allow you to be loving.

●Factor4:Away Values/those you want to avoid

What kind of person you do not want to be determines your decisions.

Those who do not want to be angry make decisions to not be angry.

If you don't want to be arrogant, you make decisions to not be arrogant.

●Factor5:Beliefs

What you believe determines your judgement.

People who believe that "everything that happens has meaning" make decisions so that they can learn.

People who believe that "everyone is against me" make decisions so that everyone around them becomes their enemy.

●Factor6:Reference Experiences

What experiences you recall will influence your judgment.

A person who has worked through a difficult experience will make a decision to work through a difficult event.

A person who has never relied on anyone will not make the decision to ask for help, even if it is difficult.

These six are so very important.

So much so that every few years we hold a series of lectures dealing with them.

I've introduced six of them all at once, so the explanation of each one is very short.

I have talked about each of them in my lectures, books, and past newsletters, so please

please refer to them.

I hope this gives you some hints.
