Agency for Cultural affairs considers amending copyright laws to make the books in the library available electronically via PC or smartphone. The report by the council for cultural affairs will be summarized on the 9th. If the copyright laws are amended, it will enable people to read books that are out of print and hard to get a copy of, as well as parts of other books on the market via their phones.
