I went to make handmade soba. I thought "handmade" means to cut it by hand, but it actually means to "knead by hand"

Today I went to experience making soba (buckwheat noodles) from scratch!!

When I was in my 20's, I used to say

"When I have the money and time・・・"

"I'll learn how to make soba and invite my friends〜"

That dream came true today!!!

Look who I met at Shinagawa station・・・

Looking like this (lol)

I happened to bump into Tomomi Hasegawa!
