It's not ”change" it's "evolution"!

I'm looking for people who can speak English.
I'm thinking of business expansion abroad.

First, I'd like to approach English speakers living in Japan!

URU, has been active 〜

A long time ago, I contacted her "requesting her live performance" and we talked back and forth for a bit 〜

There's something about her voice that makes me weak in the knees〜

I was contacted by Kitakon-san about doing L&L's online salon!
This is not "change" but "evolution"! (lol)
The power of collaboration!

This time I've excerpted from Takumi's newest book, 『Mental Seed』

This book is chockfull of logic about "contribution" !

Here is the Fukushima select

【Mental Seed】(excerpted from page 79)

"It's true that if you're not helping people,
then its hard to say that you've truly enjoyed life.

I think the root is the same.
Those who are enjoying their life are already contributing to others, so they can be kind to themselves.

But those who are enduring are not that way
It's like, "I'm enduring, so you should too"
In that way, I think it's the same at the core.

If you say you want to feel happiness and become happy,
first make someone else happy."

The message I received from this page.

When I read this page, what stood out to me was this part.

"Those who are enjoying their life are already contributing to others,
so they can be kind to themselves."

Those who don't value themselves, subconsciously seek something in return from the other. Because they are not satisfied themselves.

However, those who take good care of themselves, don't seek anything in return.
Because they are already satisfied their cups are already full.

That's why sometimes when you think you are contributing,
the other person doesn't receive it that way.

The reason for that is because your "attachment" to getting something "in return" is communicated.

That's how I interpreted this.

The "Mental Seed" is a book written in conversational style between
Takumi Yamazaki and Sophie Saito.

There are  2 main characteristics.

The first is that the logic is perfect for this Reiwa era that is said to be an era of "contribution"

The other is that it is a printed version of what Takumi-san has talked about in seminars just in more detail.

You can let the content that you've heard till now, sink in deeper into your soul.

And even learn from the parts you may have missed from the seminars.

It talks about how to plant good seeds in your consciousness,
and how to clean out the bad seeds,

and it's a book full of methods that can be tried right away.
