"Action"⇨the "motive" for it? ⇨what about it "satisfies" you?

Eiichi Shibusawa 's teaching ・・・

Look at the "action"
What is the "motive"? (the motive that is causing the action)
What gives you the "satisfaction"?
 ↓↓
You can see clearer who that person is!

Have you ever played "tug of war"?

You've probably done it at your schools sports event.

"tug of war" is actually one of the micrographs of human society.

Why is that・・・

∴‥∵‥∴‥∵‥∴

"When many people move,
there are always those who quietly slack off"

∴‥∵‥∴‥∵‥∴

Profession of Human Agricultural Engineering in France,
Mac Lingelman did the following experiment.

He called for volunteer participants and had them play group opposition tug of war.

He had each member put on a measuring device to measure their pulling power.

As a result・・・

The more the number of members in the group grew,
the output power per person decreased.

If alone, its "100"
with 2 people, it's "93"
with 3 people "85"

and・・・

With a group of 8 people, it was discovered that
the average output per person was only【49】!

Where there are a lot of people on your team,
you can get a great 【sense of security】.

But that sense of security,

cannot be, "even if I don't do it, someone else will."

If you want to give it all you've got,
start even when you are alone.

Do this, and you'll discover unexpected potential.

Thank you for reading!
