Went to Shima Kanko hotel with my mother. The ocean near my hometown was beautiful

I spent time with my mother at Shima Kanko Hotel (lol)
From Amanemu to Shima Kanko Hotel・・・
Last night's French was delicious〜
The abalone steak is sooooooo good.

Today I rushed back to Tokyo・・・
and after attending a meeting at the HQ in Shibuya, I had tea, and another tea and another (lol)
And next was Toryumon.

Yesterday evening・・・
while talking with Izuho, I learned about the attraction of "fasting".

Apparently when fasting, "the people who eat" look like "the Pig in Sento Chihiro"

Whaaaat〜
Whaaaat〜
Whaaaat〜

I wanna do fasting too!(lol)

【SUGOI!way of talking】(from page 119)
『When you listen to someone talking, if you make it a habit to think about, "if it were me, I would say it this way" or "this person wants to communicate this point", then it'll be easier to grasp the gist of what the other person is talking about, and your ability to summarize and re-edit will markedly improve. 』

Why I chose this:
When it comes to learning content, the highest retention rate happens when you teach or communicate what you learned to others. By doing this, the retention rate is said to go up to 90%.

This can be also be applied to talking. If you share what you heard with those around you repeatedly, it gets more and more organized inside your head.
When hearing someone talk, listen to it with the premise that you will give output to others and think about "today I will tell this person about it", instead of summarizing the content after you hear someone talk because "I heard something good and I want to share it." If you do this, the way you listen to others (quality of your input) will change.
There is another benefit to this too. It also makes you a great listener too, so that makes it easier for the person talking to talk. So it causes a synergistic effect. And it is one of the methods that can be implemented today, starting right now.
