The darkest hour is just before "the greatest inspiration", so please don't give up!

Is this even possible?!

That try that made Japan's Rugby team into the Best 8 made public from a "free viewpoint video"

What is a free viewpoint video 〜?!

『Our greatest glory is not in never falling,

but in rising every time we fall.

  Oliver Smith, Poet

Kenji Ohashi was saying yesterday too,
but it seems that・・・
"its the darkest right before the best inspirations"

It's not possible for sure!
There's no more options!
I can't see myself being able to move forward!

That's exactly when to not give up.
The darkest hour is just before the "best inspiration" that is awaiting you.

My impression of this book is that it is perfect for those who are having a hard time with communication.

After reading this book, there are a few things I put into practice.

So here' my selection for today.
↓↓

【The pressure points of being attentive to others】
(p49: excerpted from The Pressure point of becoming someone people want to meet again)

『Start sending a "thank you mail" to everyone you meet. Do it as soon as possible. Preferably on your way home.
Especially with people you meet for the first time, your relationship could still go either way, so whether you strengthen the relationship or drift away depends on your speed.
Everyone also has the same worries as you do, after all.
When they get home and get a message from you, they're likely to feel happy.

The reason I chose this↓↓

『The pressure points of being attentive to others』is crock full of "communication skills" developed and found over time by Takumi-san.

I'm always wondering about how to communicate too.

When I first read this book, I was still a student. Since way back then, I often thought, "I wonder if there isn't a way to be able to open my heart more with my friends?"

I read this book at that time.

I thought that putting this "thank you mail" idea into action was something even I could do right away, without feeling its too difficult or embarrassing, so I put it into practice.  (now I often do it by LINE more often than by e-mail)

The best timing for sending the mail, as it says in the book, on your way back!

It even says in the book, "if possible, before that person gets home"

Don't get too stuck on the content of the message, "just communicate your gratitude to that person within the day"

This is the part I place importance on.
"I wonder if there is a good way to improve my human relationships?"
"I wonder how I can develop better communication?"

For those who feel or who have felt that way, or simply want to grow and become a better person, please check out this book.
There are 25 ideas for becoming "attentive to others."

If you change your "attentiveness" then you can discover a new you!
Putting into action at least one of the methods in this book are what will lead you to discover this "new you!"
