How is it done？！
Move your eyes up and down, up and down
(or left and right, in the case of English)
to the beat of a metronome.
With each beat!
Look at the top (or left, in the case of English) of the sentence
With the next beat!
Look at the bottom (or right in the case of English) of the sentence.
Repeat!
After continuing that.
Do the same for two sentences.....
Then next, for 3 sentences at a time....
After you do that, then try to read it normally!!!
Woooow!
So fast!
It all comes in so much quicker!
