The "work hard" mentality has nothing to do with results. "Am I using enough time to achieve the results I want?"

So much to learn from here〜〜〜

Basically・・・

Massive action will bring about results!

If there's not enough action, you may not reach the results you want.

The "work hard" mentality

has nothing to do with results!

Are you using enough time to

get the results you're looking for?

Are you scheduling time not just for time with others,

but for time with yourself as well?

Are you on a schedule with yourself as well as with others?

When is the best time to take this action?!

The question to ask yourself is not,

"Have I worked hard enough?" but rather

"Did I work hard at the right time?"

Instead of, "How much can I get done today?"

think about "When is the best time to take this action?"

Instead of reflecting on,  "What did I get done today (this week, this month)?"

Instead, ask yourself, "Did I act at the best time today? (this week or this month)

"Doubling the amount of action you take at the beginning will produce superior results."

If you are going to work hard for 30 days in a month, you are more likely to get better results if you double your efforts in the first 15 days.

When you are sowing the seeds, there are no results.

When you are sweating, watering, and weeding, there is no result.

And when it comes time to harvest, the results will continue to come in, even if you are not making any effort.

It's not the case that when you are making an effort, the results will come.

There is always an imbalance between effort and results.

Let's learn from Ikeda-kun's mail magazine!

■ What is it that the people who are working hard and taking massive action are missing?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Anthony Robbins, the world's foremost coach, says,

"Success is the result of massive action accompanied by determination."

In other words, if there isn't enough quantity, you won't get results.

So, the first thing that is important to get results is not to ask, "Why am I not getting results even though I'm working hard?"

Unfortunately, there is no relationship between the mentality of "working hard" and results.

The first important question to ask is:

"Am I spending enough time to get the outcome that I want?"

Open your schedule book.

Do you have appointments in there to get the outcome that you want?

Many people only have plans with other people in their schedule book.

On the other hand, the most successful poeple also keep a schedule for their time with themselves.

A common lesson from many leaders on time management is that,

"You should value your commitments to yourself as much as you value your commitments to others."

Do you have "enough time" in your schedule book for the desired results?

That is the first thing to check.

But what's even more revealing in recent research is that

there is one thing that people who are taking massive action are missing.

That thing is "optimal timing".

Even with the same amount of action, some people get results and some people don't. What is the difference?

The people who are active are thinking about the following question.

"What is the optimal timing for doing this activity?"

For example, fishermen go fishing in the early morning and evening, because it is said that the best time to catch fish is around sunrise and sunset.

On the other hand, if you go to the ocean at 11 a.m. and cast a line for hours and hours, you will not get the same results as you would in the early morning or evening.

The question is not, "Did I work hard enough?" but rather

but rather, "Did I work hard at the optimal time?"

For example, let's say you decided to study English for an hour.

One chose to study for an hour after coming home from work,

in a state of exhaustion and would have to fight dozing off.

The other studies for an hour after exercising first thing in the morning and before the family woke up.

Even if you work hard for the same amount of time,

you will get different results.

So maybe the reason you're not getting the results you want is not because you're not working hard enough.

It may be that it's not because you are not working hard enough,

but that "your timing for working hard is off."

You're working at the last minute, so you're not producing high quality work

and thus not getting the recognition you deserve.

If you start making appointments at the last minute, they may not be available and you may not be able to close the deal.

It's not that you're not working hard enough,

it's that you need to change the timing of your efforts.

This is the way of thinking of people who are living in ease, while also getting results.

To execute this in your daily life, consider the following.

●1:At the start of the day

Instead of asking,  "How much can I get done today?

ask yourself, "What can I do most effectively in the time I have today?"

●2:At the end of a day, a week, or a month

Instead of thinking, "What did I get done today (this week, this month)?"

reflect on, "What did I do today (this week, this month) at the optimal time?"

There is a rule of life called "The Law of the Harvest"

"You sow, it grows, and then you harvest"

The important thing to remember about this process is that "There is always an imbalance between effort and results."

When you are sowing seeds, there are no results.

When you are sweating, watering, and removing weeds, there are no results.

And when it is time to harvest, the results will continue to come in, even if you are not making any effort.

It's not the case that when you are making an effort, the results will come.

There is always an imbalance between effort and results.

In summary, keep the following rules in mind.

"Doubling the amount of action you take at the beginning will produce superior results."

If you're going to work hard for 30 days in a month, you're more likely to get better results if you double your efforts in the first 15 days.

It's not about "quantity", it's about "timing".

The reason why I continue to provide live feeds through my membership program, Change the World College, is because,

based on the latest research from around the world and what leaders around the world are saying, I want to share with you what you should be doing at this time.

If you haven't checked it out yet, please do so because I want to keep you updated on what you should be doing at this point in time.

It's just a matter of optimizing the timing of your energy investment,

and the results you get will be completely different.

I hope this gives you some hints.
