The power to sit in the mud with someone. The ability to treat others with compassion. Compassion = to give ease and remove suffering.

"Why shouldn't one run away?"

A 13 year old's pitch makes us think...

"Runaway"

Only humans are offended by running away.

Other creatures have to escape by instinct to survive.

How did people come up with the answer “don't run away”?

The power to sit in the mud with someone

There was a time when "passionate leaders" were sought after

Then it was "kind leaders"

how "happy leaders" are in high demand.

There are times when we treat people with love

and when we hurt people with the sword of justice.

It's about having a heart of compassion

What is compassion・・・

In Buddhism, Jihi (compassion)

is the movement of ones heart to

provide ease to the lives of others,

and to remove suffering from their lives.

To give ease

and remove suffering.

To have the feeling that human beings are making an effort to understand one another in their work,is very important for team cooperation and quality of work.

Below are five tips to help you do just that:

1. **Active Listening**:

   - Listening carefully to the other person makes it easier to understand their feelings and thoughts. Show interest in the other person by nodding without interrupting.

2. **Show empathy**:

   - Showing empathy and understanding of the other person's feelings helps build rapport. Accept their feelings with phrases such as, “I'm sorry to hear that,” or “I understand how you feel."

3. **Appropriate feedback**:

   - It is important to provide constructive and specific feedback on the other person's work and actions. Point out the positive aspects, but also carefully communicate areas for improvement.

4. **Flexible attitude**:

   - It is important to have a flexible attitude toward different opinions and methods. Demonstrate a spirit of cooperation by respecting others' opinions and being open to new ideas and methods.

5. **Be Grateful**:

   - Show your respect and appreciation for the other person by expressing gratitude for even the smallest gesture. Actively use words like “thank you” and “good job.

By practicing these tips, you will have better working relationships and improve the overall performance of your team.

and help you to achieve near peak performance.

Some may feel nostalgic.
It was recorded 16 years ago.

However,
I think it is the most simplified
understanding of Tomabechi theory!

Also, what's great is this!

This drawing is deep~!

Blend what you love

and what you are good at...

passion is born!

When what you are good at and monetization meets...

you become a professional!

When monetization and social contribution meet...career change!

When social contribution meets

what you love meets... A Mission is born!

When passion, professionalism, career change, and mission meet

it becomes a “purpose in life”!
