〜〜〜

Changing your life is actually quite simple

https://djaoi.blog.jp/archives/89815916.html?t=1

I hear that people on death row are rather mentally stable.

It's not that they are not afraid of the execution.

But they seem to be more resigned to the fact that it can't be helped.

But if you tell them that they might be able to avoid the death penalty,

they have a mental breakdown that manifests itself in physical reactions.

Hope intervenes which makes them fearful.

I'm afraid of being betrayed by believing in hope.

If that's the case, I'd rather just give up hope and despair meekly.

Our life is the same, isn't it?

If you are in despair, it is easier to stay in the situation of despair.

I can't deny that I want to kick hope to the curb and stay down.

How to change your life is actually quite simple.

Change your environment, change your job, change your relationships.

I think everyone knows that.

But why don't they do it?

It's because they are afraid.

If I have a hope that I can change my shitty life, I get scared when I think about what will happen if that hope doesn't come true.

I'd rather live with the status quo and say, "I want to die, I want to die," and than live positively and hope and fear.

In fact, they are just choosing the mentally easy way out.

"This wasn't the life that I was meant to live" is the end result of the repetition of being satisfied with the status quo.

In life, maintaining the status quo is practically a degradation of the status quo.

To keep life fresh, you have to keep changing.

Haven't you had enough of the "easy" life?

Then, why don't you start facing your fears (or hopes) and move on?

If you are in your thirties, you can start your life over at least five more times, right?
