■How to write your TO-DO list for your dreams to come true
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The people who perform amazingly, before they start their day

don't think, "I'll finish what I need to do before the end of the day"

but rather think "I'll move closer to my dreams today too!"

They don't just spend the day,
They create a whole new day of life.

Do you take time each morning to connect with your dreams and visions?

Do you take time to envision the dreams and visions you want to achieve,
and make time to experience you as doing so?

What you focus on,
is what will largely impact your actions even subconsciously.

In experiments,
they had people write sentences imagining that they were an "elderly person"
and after that, the results were that they "walking speed slowed down".

This is a psychological skill called "priming"
What you see or think about right before will affect the actions following.

If you think about the things that cause you stress,
it becomes easier for your o make mistakes, you become forgetful or are more bothered by noise around you,  and are more attentive to things that cause you stress.

On the other hand, if you think about yourself achieving your dreams or visions,
your actions will naturally go in that direction.

If you imagine yourself on a fun trip with your family,
perhaps when you open your laptop or smartphone,
you will naturally start looking for a place where you could travel with them.

If you imagine a youthful and tight body,
the food you eat will naturally change and you may begin
to start wearing jogging shoes and run somewhere nearby instead of
going to the supermarket for snacks.

Take time to connect with your vision.
Take 1 minute to imagine yourself realizing your dreams and goals.

What is even more important is to
"Feel the feelings you feel when you realize those dreams."

You may have long term visions of how you hope your life to be,
and yearly goals of how you want your year to turn out,
or a daily vision of how you'd love your day to run.

Envision the future, and imagine that it has come true.
And "experience those emotions of the future in advance"

This is called "Envisioning a happy ending"
You envision first "What does the scene for the happy ending look like?"

Life is not a game to pursue numbers.
Increasing your bank statement, getting more contracts than your colleagues, increasing profit year over year, losing weight etc.

Life is a game to experience higher quality of emotions.
So what is more important than numbers is a "happy ending"

What scene and with what emotions are you, the protagonist, in?
Take a minute each day to feel those emotions.

Our brains have a "emotional tracking function".

So if you set in advance "the emotions you want to have"
your subconscious moves into the direction of obtaining those feelings.

Now how convenient is that?
You'll start moving and taking action in that direction before you know it.

You have all probably experienced this,
but fighting against your subconscious is losing battle.

So the trick to achieve your dreams, is "how to get your subconscious on your side."
To do that, one powerful method is to "experience in advance the emotions you want to feel"
Decide in advance.

This is why  on my "to-do list"
it does not say "write my mail magazine"
it says "feel excitement writing my mail magazine" so I "set the emotion" together with it.

By doing that, I able able to continue on my way, focusing on "what I want to experience."

I've written many important things here.
please do implement some of them,
and I hope it provides some hints for a happier life.
