Here's a message from Hiroshi Morinaga about the "Hand"
They are apparently the words from Chiyo Uno.

"What you think in your head is the same as not doing anything.
We do not think with our head but think with our hands. We think through moving our hands.
Moving our hands quickly is the same as moving our brains quickly. Whatever you do, it is your brain first that relays that message. When that relayed message starts moving extremely fast, it means that your hand receives the message from the brain so swiftly, as if it were God."

The goals you type with your computer,
and those you write by hand・・・
The completion rate is higher at 42% for the hand-written goals.

Apply stimulation to your hands,
and it will also stimulate your brain.

Today's Fukushima select is excerpted from
The art of motivation for people who have a hard time sticking

A must read for those who don't know that motivation is not something that continues!
↓↓

【The art of motivation for those who have a hard time sticking】(from page 19)

"People whose motivation doesn't continue,
tend to think when they are motivated that this will continue forever.

They begin to believe, "I'm so motivated now so its gotta be it!"

For example,
"I've never felt like this before. I like this person so incredible much, that he/she must be the person for me. I've met the one."

People who feel that way, tend to then have marriage blues.

But a person who knows that "I like this person so much, but these feelings may change." are those who can continue long-term.

You must start with the premise that motivation doesn't last forever, and then that way, motivation can continue. "

The message I picked up from this page.
↓↓
As as premise, if you know that "motivation only lasts 3 days"

then you'll be worried less,

and know that after 3 days and you lose your motivation,

you'll know that its to be expected.

For those who can continue for 3 easy, they can just give their best for 3 days.

If not three days, then 2.
If two days isn'T possible, then just one, even just 3 minutes.

Then you'll figure out when the timings are that you lose motivation is, and
what the key is for you.

This is described in the book as "Life is a experimental classroom for motivation"

Now here's a question.
"Is there something recently that you quit after 3 days?"

If you answered yes to this question,

then please do take a look at this book "The art of motivation for people who have a hard time sticking"
