Becoming long-term?! Business=Digitalizing Personal=Raising immune system! Radical revolution!

My friend shared what they learned lately!!!
Thank you!

Things will happen in the world that was unthinkable until now?!

Politics and
economics to change greatly?!

Local way of thinking change too?
Won't travel anymore?
A switch to digital communication?
Will avoid going out?
Will no longer eat/drink out?

Will these be a new mindset?!

↓↓↓
A huge change?!

Will things go back to normal around the end of March?
Or will it only look like it went back to normal, but in fact have begun to hugely change?
・・・Which is it?!

Perhaps we will find out at the end of March?!
Or things will become more long-term?!

↓↓↓

Business will become digitalized!!!
↓↓↓
What about care-taking/nursing?! →  Everything will become digital besides direct treatment. Remote diagnosis
Hotels ・Restaurants→ The business model will change considerably!

What about the individual?!
↓↓↓
Must raise our immune systems!
Vitamin D3

Books for reference?!↓↓↓

Some things my friend places importance on!

Lavender
Aroma
Has an antibacterial effect!

There may be things that make you falter,
but I'd like to foresee the worst-case scenario and take the best active steps!

Id like to take action to improve my gut health!

It's Takato Fukushima.

This time, as we are in a situation there being many things happening to try to avoid the spread of the corona virus,

if there is something that you cannot change,

"first, accept it gracefully"

I took excerpts from the part with that message!

From the book "Life Is Quite the Picnic"

↓↓

【Life Is Quite the Picnic】(from p:109 ”No need to be rushed"

"There is no need to be rushed.

First, get a grasp on the situation.

"knowing" will solve 90% of the problem.

Once you have a grasp on the situation, analyze it.
"What is the problem" and "what's the situation" you are in?

The more complex it is, you shouldn't think about it in your head.
Write it out on a paper!

Clarify "what is clear" and "what is unclear"

Stick to the channel of 'There is always a way!!'
and then find a way!

The message I received from this page.

↓↓
When I read this page, there are two things that left a strong impression on me.

・Don't mull over things in your head. Write it down!
・Have a channel of "there is always a way"

I learned the importance of this.

When you think about things in your head only,
its easy to reach a point of saturation
and in the end, nothing moves forward.
Even your thinking freezes up.

Even if you write it out on paper though,
if your consciousness is in a channel of "its impossible"
"can't be done"

then you'll simply be collecting "ways it can't be done."
Furthermore, you'll discover your genius skills in finding only reasons why it can't be done.

There are no good solutions to be found in being rushed.
I learned the importance of first, really getting a grasp on the situation.

At the end of this page it also says,

"If there is no way, then accept it all!
Accept it with grace."

We are now in a situation of many requests coming out,
in order to avoid the spread of the corona virus.

There are many people who had all kinds of events cancelled.

Instead of complaining about
"why?!"
accept it gracefully.

I was able to receive a powerfully message from this page,
at really the best timing!
